Received the tracker in a wrong color… + Refund Scam
Received the tracker in a wrong color and contacted customer service. They are quick to reply. She told me that the black one I ordered was not in stock and they had then send a pink one. I let her know that was not satisfactory and I asked for a full refund, to which she agreed. What happened next was that I was charged for the tracker again without shipping. I contacted them again and was told that "oh yeah we forgot to refund the shipping.." which also was charged not refunded. About at the same time of the shipping the first refund went trough and a day later the shipping did as well. Refunds take a bit longer than charges. BUT it's not a refund if you charge the same amount at the same time.
So status is that I have still paid for the tracker in the wrong color and have used hours emailing back and forth.
