The knives are well weighted and sharp for ease of use. I have also made good use of the knife sharpener on my other knives

The knives are wonderful quality....but I can't hang about here. I can hear voices from off telling me to put down the knives and stop my constant slicing and chopping in the kitchen. But it's a joy, I say.
