Anne Jaelle did an amazing job on our engagement ring. We ordered the Miley with almost a carat and a half. It arrived in a beautiful box with a ring box inside and all the papers. It is absolutely stunning. She did very well at communicating with us throughout the process and we are very pleased that we went with Robin Hood Diamonds.

The ring turned out exactly how I imagined! I received great communication and customer service through every step of the process and the ring was finished very quickly. I would highly recommend Robinhood!

Buy with confidence! Beautiful rings and excellent customer service. I had to get my engagement ring resized, and the process was simple and easy. They were quick to answer any of my questions. My fiancée absolutely loves her ring!

The customer service is above and beyond! They asked to call me to make the process easier. Normally it’s hard to even get someone on the phone. Unfortunately, I’m a procrastinator, fortunately they speed up the ring process for me to get it to me in time.

Annejaelle was amazing. She was so kind and patient with me as I changed my mind several times. She found the perfect fancy yellow diamond for me and the design team executed my vision perfectly.
It is hard customizing a ring and trying to envision the final product. I was nervous to open the box once I got it. The ring was perfection. I don’t think I could have come up with anything better. Thank you to everyone who touched this design and made this happen.

We had an extremely frustrating experience with Robin Hood. Yes, the ring looked beautiful when it arrived — but that’s where the positives end. Within a week, the diamond became loose, which should never happen with a properly made engagement ring.

We took it to a local jeweler, who immediately pointed out that the setting was misaligned and poorly secured. In other words, the ring was not constructed correctly from the start.

When I contacted the company, the response was shocking. Instead of taking responsibility, the man I spoke with was rude, dismissive, and openly offended that I dared to question the quality of their work. He also claimed they don’t keep copies of their diamonds’ grading reports — which is alarming for any reputable jeweler.

At the end of the day, my fiancé spent $3,000 and what we got in return was a defective ring and terrible customer service. I’m incredibly disappointed and honestly feel taken advantage of.

Ring came and is beautiful. Took it to a jeweler and confirmed it is a Diamond. Setting is well made. Overall I would purchase from the site again.
