With such an iconic legacy behind the Apple logo, I thought working with this team would guarantee exceptional branding expertise. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. The designs were generic and failed to differentiate my brand in a competitive market. Communication was slow, and when I provided feedback, It felt like my concerns were dismissed rather than addressed. Branding is about more than just aesthetics; it should tell a compelling story, but this service fell short. Not worth the premium pricing.

I was drawn to Rob Janoff's agency because of their reputation, and I assumed their expertise in branding would naturally extend to the digital space. However, I quickly realized that their understanding of modern digital marketing was not as strong as advertised. The designs I received were aesthetically pleasing but not optimized for digital platform such as social media, mobile interfaces, and website integration. The branding did not translate well into different formats, and I had to hire and additional design team to make significant adjustments. Given the firm's claims of expertise marketplaces, I expected a more strategic approach that aligned with current digital marketing trends. Unfortunately, and I had to spend even more money fixing their mistakes.

Very dodgy

I reached out to Robjanoff to redo our logo as our company is in the process of a rebrand. By way of background, we are one of the largest trade service company in Australia and NZ with a 170 million dollar turnover. We wanted our logo done by Robjanoff but we had a gentleman named Joel who was apparently RobJanoffs partner he called us acting very rude and dodgy, it sounded like he didn't want to do our job. I would recommend use someone more professional
