RoboCent has been an incredible help for us with our Get Out the Vote campaigns and more. Throughout the process they've been attentive, allowing us to meet on video calls to discuss our campaign. They provided solutions, walked us through the process, and have been available immediately via text or phone to assist us. Their service is easy to understand with nice dashboards, data that is up-to-date, and a system put in place to ensure that our text campaigns are handled quickly and efficiently. There was quite a bit to learn at the beginning. I did receive information at the start. There should be a booklet about campaign texting for dummies where it makes it very simple about the process for those new to using it.

Some of the best folks I've worked with always patient and dealing with a lot of issues that I could not have taken care of myself. I would highly recommend using the service.
