Roboquant falls short of expectations, especially considering its pricing. The UI is unstable and frequently crashes, which makes the overall experience frustrating and unreliable.

Creating Expert Advisors (EAs) is also inefficient—the system often fails to generate proper or functional code, requiring repeated attempts and manual fixes. At times, it feels no more effective than using ChatGPT Plus, which is far more interactive, flexible, and importantly, not restricted by usage credits in the same way.

To make matters worse, credits are consumed even when issues are clearly caused by glitches on their backend. This makes the system feel unfair and adds to the frustration, as users are essentially penalized for problems outside their control.

For a paid platform, a much more polished implementation and reliable performance are expected. In its current state, Roboquant does not justify its cost.

I felt Tim and Gabriel from Roboquant genuinely deserved a review.

As they clearly invest a significant amount of time and effort into continuously improving the platform. They are actively working behind the scenes, refining the system and responding to what the community needs.

What stands out is that they don’t just maintain the platform, they consistently add new features and improvements. They actively take feedback from the community and turn it into real updates. That continuous development and willingness to improve is, in my experience, quite unique.

They are present, accessible, and willing to explain things clearly. The communication is honest and realistic, no exaggerated promises, just a focus on steady progress and long-term improvement.

I haven’t experienced this level of hands-on support and ongoing development before. It genuinely makes a difference, and I’m very happy to be part of it.

I have been with Roboquant from almost day 1. Since I initially signed up Tim and Gabriel are engaged with the community daily and are constantly releasing updates and improvement. Their dedication to their product is unmatched.
This is a tool where your upside it only capped by your dedication. If you take the time and follow the education and have a level of curiosity you will be successful. There is a strong community of like minded individuals that openly share their success and failures and contribute the the overall success of the group.
If you have the desire to be successful at algo trading and are committed to your education then Roboquant is a no-brainer decision.

It’s definitely worth it if you yourself are willing to put some time in this! You get already lots of premade bots, optimizer and a webhook tool but you have to do your due diligence - nothing worth having comes easy.
In terms of price and the worth of service you get more than you are paying

The package that Tim and Gabriel have created here is one of a kind. It is connected to very well known AI engines, yes - but on top of that, there are tons of EA's, principles and templates to use. The guys are super active in the chats, even the free ones which don't pay them anything.

After six years in the markets, one thing has always been clear to me — automation is the end goal. I don’t want to trade forever; I want to build systems that trade.

I started my automation journey with Cursor, and it served its purpose at the time. But when I moved over to RoboQuant AI, I realised I’d been operating at entry level. This platform is built differently.

The pace of development alone says everything. In just a few months, I’ve seen more meaningful updates and feature releases than most platforms roll out in a year. It’s obvious the team is serious about building something long-term, not just shipping a product and disappearing.

What really separates it, though, is the support. Questions get answered. Problems get solved. You’re not left guessing.

I came in without any coding background. Now I’ve built strong, practical indicators that have improved my manual execution — and I’m steadily working toward automating my full strategy. Also I had a little play with 1 of the free strategy templates and now have a profitable bot working in the background while I work on my own strategy.

More than just a LLM coder, the people behind this, Gabriel & Tim spent a lot of time and effort to make the experience of making EA much easier for people. Freebies such as ready made strategies, auto validation (makes pinescript coding so much easier) included is also worth the value and price you get, highly recommended

Good experience with these guys! Genuine people!! Already had trading knowledge but turning this into a bot strategy has improved with everything I ever struggled with manually. The course is good but you can have all the knowledge in the world but without action this knowledge is useless so you have to get out there and try to understand it and grow yourself! the real gold is in their community which is Very helpful when you don’t understand something and will accelerate your growth curve!

If you are tired of throwing your money away on someone else’s algo, if you have no coding experience but want to create, if you have an idea for a bot but don’t want to pay someone else to do it, if you want to verify the performance of a strategy of someone you are following on YouTube then RoboQuant is for you. You will have every tool you could possibly need all in one place. New features constantly being created, questions answered, suggestions taken. This app is nothing short of amazing! It has opened up my world. There is nothing out there like it that provides so many features!

Could not speak higher of this, has really opened up my eyes and taught me plenty of valuable information to take forward and make my own.

Crazy awesome if you really use it the way you should (and even getting better).
I think all the bad reviews don't even know the whole Roboquant package and thereof are missing out on the big parts:
- whoop course for knowledge basics and examples
- discord community for live support which feels like almost 24/7 and inspiring each other (around 1.000 members inside!)
- Roboquant Ai (the real game changer) all in one Ai programming platform.

Roboquant Ai is the real killer and why roboquant is a no brainer to me: Gabriel and tim are constantly developing this platform (which is already ahead of everything on the market!) adding new features around every week: ai coding tool to program bots for Tradingview or Meta trader within minutes , database of templates for trading bots, webhook connector to automate your Tradingview strategies (normally costs 50 USD / month at pickmytrade alone!), optimizer (Brute force to find the best parameter settings - the alternative tradesage is at 30 USD / month!), strategy lab (full analysis of your backtests even with prop challenge passing probability!). All this is included and worth at least 5x of what I paid for!! I also was unsure at the begining, tried one month and then switched to ultra yearly after I saw all this! (I use ultra subscription because then all this is included but really, it's worth so much more!)

Roboquant is a stand alone opportunity. You not only learn how to code your strategy into a bot without knowledge of coding etc, you also learn to know great strategies and examples for profitable trading systems and you also get great tools like webhook solution, AI and optimizer.... if you only invest some time into the things these guys offer you you will be profiting a lot from this community/tools and course. I have made massive changes to my trading approach through Roboquant and it really is the best trading content i have seen so far. Gabriel and Tim really are putting a lot of effort into it and are making Roboquant better everyday. They do not make empty promises and really want everyone to succeed here!!! Thank you for all your great work, I love to be member here and I can 1000000% recommend it to everyone!!

Been with Roboquant for a few months now and I am very impressed. The knowledge base of the system is great and gets better every day. I started with zero coding knowledge and I've managed to code 2 decent bots and will be looking to go live with these soon. The new features such as the optimiser, webhook, strategy bank etc are invaluable and are all included in the plan. Tim and Gabriel are doing a great job, thank you.

Great experience, really informative learning, great community, digestible and easy to learn. No coding experience needed. Recommended to do ultra plan at the start vs the other options. Better for plug and play type of customer. Must try if you’re new to algo trading

I’ve been trading manually for almost 6 years now and keep going on/off because I feel like it’s boring to sit in front a screen all day. I saw the videos of Roboquant pass multiple times before I bit the bullet. I was a bit hesitant to start coding my strategy. Now looking back over the past few months they’ve added so many new features that it’s basically a no brainer to stay with them and also enjoy the benefits of the community. If you’re just starting in trading or a very season trader, it can’t hurt to give this platform a try.

I give this 2 stars only because the support is decent, but everything else is a complete waste of time/money. They make you believe that a beginner can build and automate a profitable trading strategy, when in reality most of the members will miserably fail and achieve nothing. The video lessons inside their Whop course are recycled basic info that you can easily find elsewhere for free. And their famous AI roboquant tool is a chatgpt in disguise, full of glitches and not performing as it should. For the money they charge totally worthless. Tim and Gabriel are good chaps, but their product is not.
