Our Google Merchant Center account was locked by misrepresentation error. We hired Robin for an audit, and with his help and framework, we were able to identify the problem, fix it, and unlock our account.

I spoke to multiple so called 'experts' and 'insiders' regarding GMC Misrepresentation before talking to Robin. None of them actually knew what they were talking about in depth. Robin has deep knowledge and understands small details that Google cares about. Not surface level advice. I had issues keeping my GMC live, so I went on YouTube and found the Robotronic channel. After watching two videos, I decided to book a call with Robin and we started working together. They managed to get my GMC live again, even with all the mistakes I had made before. I really like the way the Robotronic team works and communicates. Now we are in the process of getting all my stores live on Google. The best thing about this Google Ads agency is that they help you keep your GMC live, which is the hardest part with Google in my opinion. 5 stars for sure. Highly recommend Robin and his team!

My Google Merchant Center account was suspended due to a misrepresentation issue. Robin and his team stepped in immediately and resolved the problem in about two weeks. They are not the cheapest option on the market, but they delivered results, which is what matters most. They also offer a warranty on their work.

As an added bonus, they set up my first Google Ads campaign free of charge. If the campaign performs well, I am considering hiring them to manage my Google Ads going forward

Good guy and team open to helping, proactive thinking and quick responses. Pretty hands off service which is nice. Every month with them has brought good results. At the start there were tracking issues that's why we didn't scale. After i called it out saying it didn't match with the P&L sheet they were able to fix it quickly. Overall good experience so far

The whole process of setting up gmc etc. starts already last year in summer. Even after multiple problems with the gmc we fixed all problems and got things running. We are still in the ads test phase but I'm pretty sure we will scale hard in the next months.
The communication was even with the problems we had always goal focused, clear and patient and fast aswell.

Working with Robin and his team for a few month now. Clear communication and i love that they go further than ads. They helped me with quite come CRO changes and helped me scale when I was stuck.

Would recommend for everyone that wants to scale but is struggling.

The whole process is a complete lie. The information they provide on the website about 2 weeks Google Merchant Center (GMC) unlock is a fake. They cannot provide it even after 2 months of so-called work while taking the same actions the freelancers do for 10x cheaper price. The only job they are going to do is changing description of your products and hope for the best. After the month of work they did not notice the mistake in the address at website footer, silently changed it and did not even tell me about it. The information about "no cure no pay" is also just used to attract you, because they will provide you an agreement in which there will be non-refundable amount for "The time spent and for the special coding software purchased". The time they spend is 2-4 hours a week in the best case and after asking for 5 times straight for screenshot of what software they purchased the owner answered me that he is "not feeling comfortable about showing it". They are going to ignore you for days and tell excuses like "Bali timezone" when being online on Whatsapp. Moreover, after the payment they will ask you for buying a subscription for their tracking app while the GMC account is not even close to being unlocked. After this "professional" service they will not answer on your questions on why the things they say on the website do not match the reality and start manipulating you that you "do not respect them", after clearly lying you about the time and some "special software" they "purchase" while ignoring you and providing overpriced poor quality service. After all, they are going to spend about £100 on ads campaign (when GMC account is not unlocked) and completely waste your money without getting you any sessions on your website. If you do not want to waste your time and money (more than $1000), I would not recommend you purchase their "services".
