Only just started my own company and company branding, so everything is new to me and the staff there was so understanding and give me confidence in what I needed. The clothing and the branding they did for me was so much better than I expected.

Faultless service and products. Started to use Rocket Embroidery in 2025 and have gone back with multiple orders since. Provided branded caretaker and kitchen staff uniforms, as well as branded Hi Vis jakcets for staff on duties.

Absolutely perfect on every level: Quality of Product; Ordering Process; Query Management; Communication; Delivery & Collection; Price Point; Volume Ordering - 1 top or 100 tops; Customer Service.....The list just goes on! I genuinely can't think of one single thing that could be improved. On top of all of this, the staff are absolutely lovely and so so helpful and patient. 5 Star given but if it could have been 6 or more, we'd have done it!
