The process was easy. The personal was knowledgeable and clear about the process.

I have made payments for years on time. I have not had many problems until this year I had one payment that was late. They did not attempt to reach out to me or help me realize I missed it. I has effected my credit score.

The absolute worst company post loan. Bothersome phone calls and texts requesting to refinance with them. Which I had repeatedly asked to nit be contacted. The idiots don’t even bother to run a basic amortization calculator to realize I have paid off 1/2 million f my loan in 7 months and only a moron who can’t do basic math would refi. I will never do business with this company and unless you as customer want to be completely bombarded with calls and texts after you have a loan with them I would suggest looking elsewhere for your loan needs

I've had a Rocket Mortgage for over 6.5 years. Mostly it has gone smoothly. Until this month. I paid my mortgage on time as usual but they changed their website this month and created a huge problem for me. It is saying I didn't pay and has now added a late fee and I swear to God if they ding my credit they will never hear the end of it. I got an email about a week ago that I hadn't paid so it was after hours but went on chat, WHICH I HATE, and was told they opened a ticket. Not believing them I called the next day and someone assured me it would be taken care of. Two days later, the website still said the same thing. Called again, was assured again it would be handled and now not only was it not handled but there's a late fee on the account. Just waiting for them to open so I can call again. Btw, it takes about 7 minutes to get their voicemail to put me through to a human.

Rocket is a pure bait-and-switch operator. I have been looking for a heloc on an investment property that I own free and clear, and was attracted by the "no income or credit requirements." Having gone through the lengthy application process and agreeing to allow a credit pull (after being told upfront that there are no credit requirements), I was then told that I needed to start the document drill, providing tax returns and other stuff. No thanks, you lying sacks of you know what!

My mortgage was taken over recently by this horrible company. They do nothing but give you the run around. I tried to make my final mortgage payment but they told me that I would have to pay them a fee, $25, not a big deal, but why the fee. The fee was for them generating that final amount. They said I could also wait while they mail it to me. This went from being a great thing to a real car crash after spending 45 mins on the phone and getting no where. So glad to never have to deal with this garbage company. Their only concern is squeezing every last dollar out of you while providing horrible customer service.

Somehow I have the same account number as another client and they paid another clients insurance policy that was over 6k out of MY escrow accont. They never even realized the error until I looked into my escrow and wondered where my money went. I have been waiting over a month for the funds to be put back into my account, but no one seems to be able to help me.

The process was fast and easy. I was able to pre-sign most of my documentation which really helped. Everyone from Rocket was very knowledgeable and helpful.

I received my Clear to Close today, and as a first-time homebuyer, this process has been absolutely amazing. From start to finish, the experience has been smooth, exciting, and far less stressful than I expected.

Tresa Beam was incredible throughout the entire process. Her communication, support, and dedication were truly spectacular. Even outside of normal working hours, she was always available to answer my calls and make sure I felt informed and supported every step of the way.

James Holton was also fantastic in helping finalize everything. His communication was excellent, and he made the final steps of the process feel seamless and easy to understand.

I highly recommend Rocket Mortgage to anyone, especially first-time homebuyers. I’m so grateful for such a positive experience!

Terrible experience. I sent over info at least 3-4 times , started off with everything was ok after looking at my credit info.
Then it was need to pay this need to pay that 4-5 weeks after they said it was all good.
Got our hopes all up saying we had it approved.
Then made a fuss over a 23$ credit card balance that was paid off when we started but after weeks of B.S. Then when I pulled money out of my retirement they wanted pauper work on that which was fine. My annuity company sent them a 4 Paige summary of my account and they still wouldn’t accept it???? The annuity company was like ??? We don’t know what else they could possibly want!!
I paid the 23$ credit card off and sent them a scream shot saying it was paid, which had my name credit card number and I balance also saying that it would be uploaded to account for 7-10 working days in which would put me over the closing date.
Seriously B.S . Paid off $15000 in cc and they want to deny loan for 23$.
Just don’t under stand. And also wanted me to get home owner insurance without even having the loan finalized!
Really really was a disturbing situation and wouldn’t even pee on them if they were on fire!!!!!
