Olivia came to terms with my financial situation quickly. She asked just the right questions to get to my bottom line and clearly outlined my options. This is not an easy thing to do with a topic as sensitive as one's finances, so I very much appreciate her "kid gloves" approach. It's been a few hours since we completed the paper work so Clear One Approach can initialize their services. Though I have butterflies right now after taking this drastic step, I'm sure with time, I'll grow happy that someone like Olivia was there to help me accross the finish line. She's a keeper as we say in the fishing game.

You guys! Just wow. If you are reading this review, chances are you are also in a tough financial predicament with credit mounting card debt —just like my husband and I are (and that statement will soon to be past tense which we are very excited about)! We contacted Rocketship and feel so blessed to have been paired up with Mike S. Sr. Financial Strategist. Mike was amazing and having talked with a few other companies, I appreciated his patience and NO-high pressure approach with just getting us signed up which o cannot say for some of other companies. That said, we decided to initially not move forward at the time due to this being a big decision and then opted for a loan through another creditor and boy was that the wrong decision. This company charged us nearly 36% interest (that’s loan shark stuff) but found ourselves in a desperate scenario, thinking this could help but instant feeling of buyers remorse!! Made our situation even worse!! Fast forward a few months and we reached back out to Mike with Rocketship for help. This time, we were super ready and motivated as ever to dive into financial freedom. Best part, never once felt judged by Mike and he is someone who truly takes pride in his work, caring and is looking out for our best interest. That is hard to come by these days. Needless to say, we signed all the paperwork for debt consolidation and will be saving $1200/mo with our new program that we can begin to build our savings again and will be debt free in as little as 4 years. We fully trust we are in the best hands. Oh AND the process was super fast which is amazing because when you’re finally ready to make changes, you want it NOW (at least I do -haha). I feel like we have our own personal financial advisor and Mike gave us really great tips to set us up for future financial health and stability. This has taken a huge weight off our shoulders and we see the light at the end of the tunnel and feel lighter already! We would recommend Mike S. to any of my close family and friends who also find themselves in similar financial strain. Super knowledgeable and not pushy/high pressure. That goes a long way as have also fell for high pressure sales tactics with timeshares and such so this means a lot to me! Rocketship is doing something right with their awesome employees!!

This is a debt settlement company that sends out mailers consisting of false enticing "flexible personal loans". When you call to inquire, they will send you an email of all your outstanding debt and pressure you into a debt settlement plan. If you initiate this plan, they will default your credit accounts and "negotiate" potentially better payment terms with your creditors. Your credit score will tank for 7 years and you will be on the hook for additional interest, late fees, and ridiculous admin fees. If they are unable to negotiate better terms with your creditors, you will only pay more in the long term AND you open the door for debt collectors to sue and harass you and garnish your wages. I can guarantee this company WILL NOT protect you from such lawsuits. DO NOT settle for this deceptive company. There are way better options to pay off your debt.

Bryan Harrington went above and beyond my expectations. I called to inquire if I would be able to get a lower interest rate on my personal loan that I had received in June 24. Bryan took his time explaining my options. He treated me as though I mattered, I was not just a number in que. I will definitely recommend him to everyone I know. Rocketship financial you have a valuable employee. I cant thank Bryan enough for taking his time and showing such compassion.

Was helped by Olivia, she was awesome! Helped me and my mom set up debt consolidation accounts. She made sure that we both understood the terms of our agreement, and walked us both through the entire process. I was all set in less than an hour! Wonderful agent.

Rocketship Financial sent a letter to my home for a loan with a low interest rate. It was a sham. Rocketship Financial is a debt consolidation company like National debt relief . They put your money in a savings account , in your name
They wait until you default your loans and then negotiate a lower return. NO LOAN ! Be careful of companies like these with false advertising.

Already had secured a loan but filled out the application to see what they offered. Instead of the site telling me they had a rep call me. He asked me for the exact same info that I filled out on the site. His options were ranged from 5 to 12 points higher than what I was already approved for. He then tried to sell me on a consolidation loan. When I said that I did not want it he said, and I quote...

I must not have explained it well enough to you.

Your technology is bad, rates are high, staff is rude and you resort to creating fake five star reviews on here. Check the BBB review rating...1.57 out of 5.

First and foremost, let me say Rocketship Financial should be and I believe is a cut above all others in this area of financials. I received excellent service from Kevin he was very knowledgeable about what he was saying as well as easy going and he shared a willingness to assist me throughout the whole process which was really nice. He was not rushing me through the process. Kevin took his time, he got back promptly with me when I was placed on hold and he went beyond and above by calling me the next day and a set aside time of 8:00 a.m. which he was very very prompt. The loan process itself was very fast track.I would say, I was approved in a matter of hours that's quick. They didn't even really give me time to go to sleep and think about it, if you will, they just came back with congratulations I believe we are going to have a really fine relationship moving forward.

I spoke to Olivia and she was very consistent in getting in touch with me.. I was able to workout the payment date i needed, and she made sure i was 100% satisfied before signing on into the program. I feel confident and comfortable in my decision because of her.. Thanks Olivia you are awesome.
