Rocketship Financial レビュー 

I received an unsolicited fake check from Rocketship. When I checked with Rocket Mortgage, they said it wasn't affiliated in anyway shape or form and will be filing a lawsuit for deceptive business practices against Rocketship.

The agent I spoke with was Austin Goodson. His name should be GREATSON because that's how he made me feel. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He was more than happy to deal with me and all the questions I had. I was pleased to hear him say that he was excited with my questions and how I kept him on his toes by asking so many. In regards to my review title (Real Family), that's also how me made me feel. While speaking to him and learning what I was getting myself into, it felt like I was talking to a best friend or family member. I spoke to him for the first time only a couple of days ago but it felt like we picked up our conversation like we've known each other for years. Our conversation was friendly and did not feel scripted at all, even when he took me through the contract. He wasn't reading to me, he was speaking to me. After our call, I asked him if he wanted to go golfing. He said he didn't play but wouldn't mind partaking. I think Austin would be an awesome friend. I was very glad to be connected to Austin and I am happy he's on the front lines of Rocket Financial. 🚀 Thanks again Austin for all of your time, knowledge, and help.

Everything was explained in detail. Timely effective. Organized. Detailed.

Mr. Austin was quite knowledgeable about the process and was willing help make sure all of my requests were accepted. He was patient with me as I had quite a few questions and answered them exceptionally and made it understandable. By the time I was transferred to my welcome call I had fully understood the process and because of his service the welcome agent had an easy time finishing up.
