Let me tell you: Rock Face didnât just deliver great customer service they delivered a full emotional experience. Iâm talking Oscarâlevel, slow motion sunset, main character energy from start to finish.
Jez and his team handled my situation with such kindness, speed, and genuine warmth that I briefly wondered if Iâd accidentally wandered into a luxury concierge service. The communication? Immaculate. The attitude? Heavenly. The professionalism? Off the charts. They didnât just solve the issue they wrapped it in a bow, sprinkled kindness on top, and handed it back with a smile.
And the productsâŠ.
Theyâre gorgeous. Theyâre quality. Theyâre fresh, dynamic and masculine but not overpowering Why doesnât every brand do it like this? Iâve been wearing mine during this heat wave and theyâve last the majority of the day . I work offshore so I in full PPE in heat thats some fete !! Order was 6 days late
Order was 6 days late, when ordering noted 2 day delivery by royal mail- sent by Evri! Cancelled delivery slot and eventually sent it 6 days later and was opened!
Contacted Rockface, Jez was apologetic (looks like standard copy and paste reply) was waiting on another team to investigate. No contact from Evri despite frequent emails. Jez got back today to say parcel as delivered!!
Shockingly poor service from both parties, not interested in the customer experience, don't seem to learn Evri doesn't work. Won't be using again. Expect hassle if you order.

Terrible customer service
Received my order with a couple of items missing chatted with them online said they will send compleat order again as a gesture of goodwill it was their chats offer not me demanding it so after a few days asked when they are dispatching it to get a email asking me what items were missing and implying I had lied and when I sent list of what I received and I didn't like their implication of lying to keep the two items missing and close my account as im not having their implications it was them who offered to resend my compleat order not me then go back on it and question me as I'm a grown up of nearly 59 years i dont need the hassle they could have asked me in the chat what I recieved their fault not mine but I was made to feel unimportant and dishonest now I have read reviews I can see customer service is not their strong point its a shame as used their shower gel and it was brilliant oh well live and learn

Disappointing first experience withâŠRockface
IDisappointing first experience with Rockface. My order was handed over to EVRi, who have once again failed to deliver on time, using the same old excuses. I reached out to Rockface customer service for help, but I have been met with complete silence. Really poor communication and reliable delivery should be standard.

ââI feel I have to express my total disappointment and frustration with the entire experience of ordering from you.
âTo be clear, the root of the problem is on the EVRi side of things. However, my order has been sitting in their delivery depot since the early hours of last Saturday morning. They are completely ignoring my calls and emails, and I still have absolutely no ETA on my delivery.
âSurely you can understand my frustration; this is really poor service from EVRi. I placed this order with yourselves on 14th October, making a payment of over £30, and I currently have nothing to show for it. Surely this is unacceptable to you as a company, too?
As this was my very first order with you, I honestly wish I hadn't placed it now. Could you please step in and escalate this with them directly today?

âI've just been informed that the replacement package has arrived safely, with everything intact. Thank you so much for all your help in sorting this matter outâit is greatly appreciated.
âAs I mentioned right at the start, I have never once had a delivery from EVRi that has gone to plan. Reliable delivery is their main job, yet it seems to be the one thing they consistently fail to do.
âI really can't see why companies continue to use them, other than the fact that they are the cheapest on the market. However, surely businesses end up paying out far more in the long run by having to send replacements, not to mention the damage it causes to their own reputationâespecially when EVRi clearly couldn't care less.

Order placed early Dec - never received. In fairness - my complaint was acknowedged and a replacement order sent. I never received this one either.
To be fair I think it is the delivery courier EVRi who lost (?) the items twice ! Rockface offered me a 15% discount on any future orders.
I like the scent of the Rockface product, but will sadly not be ordering again despite any discount, until the courier is changed.
So I have to give a 1 star, not because of the product or the lack of a response from Rockface, but because I never received the item and have now moved onto another brand :-/
