Dr. Nick Webb invented it when his three-month-old daughter Abby refused to sleep in the pushchair. Zed is our astronaut shaped sleep aid that sends babies to sleep just like the car. Finally we have Wooshh, the small but mighty sound soother which has 8 calming sounds, 4 volume levels and is USB rechargeable. Rockit has won multiple design awards including 2 prestigious Queen’s Awards for Enterprise. We even visited Buckingham Palace to collect these! Other accolades include a Design Council Spark Award, an A' Design Award, plus several ‘Junior Design Award’ and ‘Made for Mums’ golds.

Expected better longevity
The product is good at what it does, it rocks the pram and cot perfectly and helps my little one get to sleep. However, I bought this product just over 12 months ago and wanted to use for my second born but the battery life now lasts no longer than 20 mins after charging. I contacted rockit and they said the only option was to pay to send it back to them and then pay them £15 to repair it. I understand it’s older than 12 months but at £50 I had expected better longevity or better customer support with a faulty product. Josie on email was lovely but expected a better policy from rockit.

Hi Natalie. We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the service you have received. As your purchase was in March 2024 it was 8 months beyond our warranty period. We offer an out of warranty repair service at cost price, the £15 includes postage and packing and we either repair or replace the Rockit if repair is not possible. We understood from your original communication that you didn't want to send it to us and wanted a replacement sent out instead. We much prefer to have the broken one back for repair as it has less environmental impact.

This review is being done under protest…
This review is being done under protest as I purchased this product 10 months ago and have received 5 emails in the last few weeks asking to review a product I have not even used in 6 months.
So the rocker works, the mount is not great as it doesn't allow rotation unless you specifically buy the upgraded mount. The battery operated one lasts better than the usb one but the usb does recharge fairly quickly.
Ironically I found the best use of it was rocking the next to me crib and not using a mount at all.
Perhaps next time the manufacturer will take the hint of their product has not been reviewed...

Smooth transaction
Smooth transaction, quality product but unfortunately the rocket itself didn’t work wonders for our baby. I think it comes down to the baby and the pushchair as ours was a Yoyo and it was a bit too rocky even on its lowest setting. Still, worth a try as the reward is great if it works for your baby.

The rocket has been very useful
The rocket has been very useful, in so many ways. I would defiantly recommend this product and I would say it is worth the money. I found that a lot of people were intrigued and amazed by this product when out and about too. It lets you relax if out for a bite to eat or having a coffee. Great invention and a lot of people seemed to think so too!

Rockit works well
Rockit works well, was rechargeable and had multiple settings, we used it a lot in the first few months to help keep our son asleep if he'd fallen to sleep while walking in the pram.
