Worst company ive ever attempted to do business with. They gave a pre-approval then Final approval, then purposely let it pass the expiration period so they could decline my loan request. Now I loose my deposit thanks for just costing me money rock solid ill be telling everyone I know not to use this company.

This is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with especially the loan officer Robert. Just steer clear. We recieved a approval in the mail stating 100% we were approved and then we were told on the phone we werent!? Honestly Im still confused. He acted like he had absolutely no interest in getting us the loan and it seemed like he had absolutely no clue what he was doing. Beware!!!

They returned my calls and and answered all my questions. Jeff was great! He got the payment that worked for me and I was able to get a few extra features on my new custom trailer!

Absolutely outstanding from beginning to the end, which only took less than two weeks to complete if that. Professional and discreet, easy to deal with and articulate with what one needed to qualify. The application process was easy and the results came back quickly. The problem I have is that they will not work with you. My credit score is 791. I wanted to purchase an older class c RV But didn’t want to pay cash because I didn’t want to lose the tax benefits of financing part of the purchase. Rock Solid wouldn’t give me any type of loan on a 2004 Fleetwood I was paying $25000 for even if I put more down. I could’ve put almost the whole amount down.

An app would be cool rather communicating via email while sitting at the building ready to make the purchase. Or maybe it would be helpful to have access to a human via a phone call. That’s a tall order since customer service is now automated, globally. Otherwise the service and ease of use was great. I’m happy with my purchase. I do wish there were an easy way to make payments as well but this is how they get you on a late payment.
