Didn’t receive my product within the promised timeframe. Had to email them multiple times and finally filed a complaint with my credit card company for a full refund. It was only then that they responded and sent the product. My guess is it’s just a Chinese scam and they only follow up if you file for a refund with your credit card. Would never buy again.

By far had to be the best experience I’ve ever had ordering online. I received my order in a number of days and was even better than what I imagined. I emailed asking a special request to have a happy birthday letter to my sister as it was a gift. This wasn’t an option to chose from but I thought I’d ask if was possible. Alex responded right away saying that they would be delighted to do this for me as it was a special occasion. I was expecting a printed note but received a hand written letter on a beautiful card. They went above and beyond with my order and for me which truly made it personal and that I was a cared for customer. I’m truely grateful and will most definitely be ordering through them again.

Rocoxia went above and beyond to make sure I received my order in time for my daughter's birthday despite me placing the order very late! They were very responsive and friendly and organised express courier shipping to make sure the package got here in time. I ordered the blank book nooks & these were easy to assemble & look great. Great customer service - thanks :)

Rocoxia were very helpful. I had purchased one of their Book Nook Kits from another supplier, but the instructions were in Chinese.
I contacted them and they emailed me a PDF file with the instructions in English which made everything a lot easier.
