I've been obese and Type 2 for many years, and despite knowing what I need to do and how to do it, actually reducing weight and improving blood glucose control is really hard to do.
Roczen is different because it involves support to help you through the process, it does involve fasting, it involves low carb, both of these are hard to do, but it's easier with help and support.
Since joining Roczen I've lost weight, I'm now wearing much smaller clothes, I've added in exercise, my blood sugars are much better, I feel better, it's been sooo worth it.

As a life long dieter, and a woman of a certain age, with limited long term weight loss success I was looking for a solution that was more than behavioural but less than surgical Intervention.
Having been recently diagnosed with ADHD, my relationship with food has become obvious (all about dopamine) and Roczen+ works for me.
My main focus was my overall health, my resting heart rate has dropped, my blood pressure has dropped But I’ve also lost roughly 18% of my body weight, over 9 months, and have had limited challenges with that. I recognise that’s not everyone’s journey but it is mine. It’s not a silver bullet and requires effort but it’s effort I can manage.
I really like the regular check in’s, they keep me accountable and keep me on track. They also look at my health holistically and are available when I have questions or challenges. I feel supported but not overwhelmed.

I have lost 20kg in less than a year and continue to maintain this as well as no cravings for sweets. I am sleeping better, feel more energetic and focussed. Achieved 15kg weight loss 👀 and since that time (>3 years) I have kept it off. After the initial special protocol to "reset" my body, I then learned how to eat differently and these life style changes now makes it easy to be within a normal weight range instead of living with obesity. The support you get from the nurses and doctors is the key.

Unrestricted support as and when required.
Achievable and sustainable no fad diet or starving.

Completely changed my relationship with food.
Excellent communication from clinicians overall message is never deemed as negative or bad so one never feels a failure or dispondent only helpful or unhelpful.

I have been with Roczen for over six months now, and I've lost 17kg. I'm now in a maintenence phase, managing this on a fairly low dose, which also makes the monthly cost lower. I chose Roczen after researching the many providers of Wegovy etc that sprang up when it was approved for weight loss (providing some criteria were met). I initially went with a different provider (before I found Roczen) that simply mailed the pen - I was unhappy with this approach as support was basically zero. I lost very little weight and after 3 months the company had no stock.

I found Roczen when they were approved by the UK Care Quality Commission (CQC) - this was very important for me as it gave me confidence that Roczen were a responsible provider and not just a 'postal pharmacy'. The weekly video calls with your 'own' Roczen GP (lasting 20 minutes) have been a critical part of the process for me. On these calls I was able to discuss problems I was having (luckily very few) and plan out changes to my diet and exercise regime. Any messages I sent via the app were always answered very promptly.

If you decide to chose Roczen for weight management, it's important to remember that you have to do the hard work yourself! However, I don't think I would have been as successful with a provider that couldn't provide the level of support which I have had.

My experience has been great. I was a little ill at the beginning but never gave up. My determination & the support got me through the 1st week. After that I have never looked back. I have had no more issues and just want to get to the point that I can come off of some meds I take for diabetes, Fibromyalgia & high blood pressure. The staff are excellent at coming back with an answer to any question plus also let your doctor know. Which I thought was quite legit. I am buzzing now, loads more energy, wearing clothes that did not fit me & loving life 💖
