Outstanding results

ROI Minds are the real deal. Since we started working with them months ago, our ads have consistently performed better than they ever have. They bring deep expertise across all platforms and truly understand what’s required to drive results. Their communication is clear, consistent, and genuinely helpful.
Most importantly, whenever issues arise with how an ad is displaying (which is almost inevitable when launching new campaigns), they are incredibly responsive, jumping in quickly and making corrections immediately.
I highly recommend this team. They’re smart, proactive, and deliver outstanding results.

Good experience for home decor

My experience for my planters brand has been great. We have been working for over 3 years and they have got consistent results. So I’m happy with ROI minds. But for 2 other brands I know, one for ladies sandals & one for wall art - the results weren’t promising at all. So for this niche (home decor) I’d give them 5/5.

Wasted my time and money

I recently hired ROI Minds to run meta ads for my jewelry business and had a disastrous experience. We spent over 2 lakhs rupees and got zero sales. Their communication was always poor and unhelpful.

They also spent over 21,000 rupees on the worldwide market, even though I clearly told them to focus only on the USA. This was very careless and unacceptable.

I do not recommend ROI Minds Agency. They wasted my time and money.

We’re sorry to read about your disappointment. However, we’d like to clarify a few important points for transparency.

Your store is in a highly competitive niche with high order value products, and it was a fresh store with no prior data, customer base, traffic, or branding. In such cases, generating sales immediately requires time, testing, and strategic offers. From the start, we advised focusing on traffic acquisition and branding to build a marketing funnel before expecting a positive ROAS or immediate conversions.

There was no promotional offer in place, the budget was limited, and expectations for rapid sales were set much higher than what is realistic in such a competitive market. Small budgets in highly competitive regions, like the USA, are unlikely to yield strong results instantly.

Completely failed digital marketing…

Completely failed digital marketing project. Team is despondent. Didnt refund my money. Fraud company. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS FIRM.

From the beginning, there seemed to be a misunderstanding of the services, scope, and processes involved. Despite repeated explanations and attempts to align expectations, key information required to execute effectively was either missing or delayed from your side, which impacted timelines and deliverables.

We did offer you a refund as a goodwill gesture, even though significant time and resources had already been invested in the project. Unfortunately, the process could not be completed due to unresolved communication gaps.

At ROI Minds, we value transparency, professionalism, and mutual understanding. We regret that this collaboration did not work out as intended and wish you and your client the best for the future.
