It didnât turn up, even though I had a text to say it was going to be delivered on that day. No contact for two days. I had to chase only to find out that it had been broken in transit. These things happen but I would expect a call to let me know rather than me having to chase. How long would it have been before I was contacted if I hadnât done it?!
