Both proactively helped us throughout the conveyancing process, with our very tricky buyers. They were the light at the end of the tunnel for us on many occasions and without their guidance we would not have made it into our dream home.

Having moved to Rollasons from a different solicitor, Hollie set up our file immediately and started the process for our residential property sale and purchase.

Throughout the whole process Hollie kept us up to date with the recent movements on the file. Couldn't ask for a better service.

We had some difficult moments with our buyers solicitor but Hollie remained professional and managed to get everything sorted in a timely fashion. From taking on our file it was just over 8 weeks from start to finish.

Price was matched to our previous solicitors quotation to ensure we didn't lose out on any other money which had already been outlaid to the previous solicitors.

Absolutely amazing experience from Jayne. We didn’t have the easiest transaction due to a buyer at the bottom of the chain but Jayne was always available, kept us updated and answered our calls instantly which made it less stressful, So nice to find a solicitor who is easy to communicate with. would highly recommend.

Very poor customer service would not recommend. I contacted this company as I have previously used them for conveyancing and drafting our wills. All I required was 3 documents to be certified for a legal process. A few emails back and forth to be told no availability until the end of the month which wasnt an issue but no reply to a further email enquiring re making an appointment so I decided to call in to the office. On arrival 3 staff sat in reception , two chatting and I was advised to make contact at the end of the month. I waited until the end of the month as I’d been told made contact to be told no availability and when I asked when there would be availability response was don’t know! It was suggested I try somewhere else!! Thankfully I contacted a solicitors in Rugby as there is no other solicitors in Daventry who offer this service . They were helpful , welcoming, interested and offered me an appointment and their reception area and staff were very welcoming and professional total opposite of my experience with Rollasons.

Everything was explained about the process and it was completed in a timely manner.
We were kept informed on a regular basis until the house transfer was completed. The people we were in contact with were polite and professional and all discussions were conducted in a friendly manner.

Would not recommend either the Probate or Conveyancing dept, Slow, a lack of communication, we were chasing for updates, took days to respond, When concerns raised with Manager my email was ignored. Still awaiting a response. Sent us paperwork to complete only to be told that it was sent in error after we had completed it. We were forced to use the Conveyancing dept to deal with the house sale although we didn't want to based on our experience with them to that point, they refused to deal with another solicitor, 8 weeks after we had appointed someone else as they told us we could! Wasted so much of our time. Very unprofessional set up

If I could give a 0 star I would, Truly the worst company I have ever worked with.
Whilst going though the process of buying a house our solicitor left the company in January (which we were never told) for 4 months we sent emails requesting updates and documentation which we never got a response from. In May we never received anything no update so we decided to pull out and go with a different solicitor. 2 months later we received a bill for money owed, no updates or apologies for never replying to us just a bill. We stated we were unsatisfied with themselves, to which we had the response our service was satisfactory. It is comical these still have a company. The Lutterworth branch is that bad there is 0 staff there now AVOID
