We have emailed you to resolve this issues we look forward to hearing from you.
We have contacted you to provide you with invoices from our suppliers who are verified distributors. All items come with authenticity cards , dust bags, original packaging and care guides. Alternatively you can contact us on Instagram @rollersonsofficial. We only sell authentic products and can provide evidence to confirm this. We are surprised you haven’t contacted us directly regarding this issue as the item was delivered on the 7th of August and it’s now the 16th. We would be happy to refund you if the items are in original condition.
