Minderwertig! Künstlicher Müll. Verschwindet bitte wieder vom Markt.

Vom Zoll bei GLS abgefangen worden.
Kauft nicht, wenn ihr aus Österreich kommt, weil solche Fälle werden der Polizei weitergeleitet. Der Kundendienst von Rollz ist absolut schlecht. Hab denen vor 3 Wochen auf mehreren wegen geschrieben, um die Bestellung zu stornieren. Ich habe bis heute keine Antwort bekommen.

everything was perfect, i was scared about the shipping times because of all the bar reviews but It came in only 5 days with ups to italy. The vapes are really good but they don't last that long ( i bought the 1g vape). Overall really good company

Gute Ware. Hatte 2x 2ml vapes. Wobei der cookie am heftigsten wirkte. 90% spürt man schon =) aber in Österreich seit März oder April verboten =(
5 Sterne.. aber der Preis is halt schon heftig. Da is selber züchten am günstigsten natürlich 0

CBD Buds die mit synthetischen Zeug besprüht wurden. Habe das ganze in Graz beim DrugCheck testen lassen.

I ordered many times with no problems. Awesome products, fast delivery and nice prices. BUT then I made a mistake while paying one time and the payment went to them two times. It was my mistake but they don't answer to any messages and seems like they are just keeping my money. There is no customer service. I have sent SO many desperate messages via email, WhatsApp etc. Nothing. ☹️

Ich hab mich trotz der schlechten Bewertungen entschieden zu bestellen. Hat alles gepasst.

Hab Anfang April eine Bestellung aufgegeben und wurde auf halben Weg zurück geschickt zu Rollz. Bestätigung von GLS erhalten, dass Rollz das Paket erhalten hat. Bis heute mein Geld nicht zurück erhalten! Vom Support kamen plötzlich keine Antworten mehr. Kann ich absolut nicht empfehlen und nur warnen!

Vor 2wochen ca bestellt und heute die Antwort von gls rankweil Zentrum bekommen der Zoll leiteten es nicht weiter oder hat es eingezogen. Ist doch über euch legal bitte um hilfe..

Für österreichische Kunden: Finger weg!
Habe bestellt und aufgrund der Erfahrungsberichte mit Versand nach Österreich und der scheinbar fragwürdigen Legalität, ganz entgegen der Behauptungen auf der Website, innerhalb einer Stunde wieder storniert.
Trotz Erklärung, dass ich bei Ihnen nicht bestellen kann, bekam ich das Geld nicht, wie auf der Website behauptet, auf mein ursprünglich verwendetes Zahlungsmittel, sondern als Gutschrift für den Store.
Ich habe 3 E-mails und 1 whatsapp geschrieben und ersucht, den Betrag auf meine Bankdaten zu überweisen.
Keine Reaktion seitens Support, keine Rücküberweisung auf mein Konto.
Letztendlich habe ich keine Ware erhalten und bis heute noch immer kein Geld retour bekommen. Ich kann nur jedem raten, diesen Store weitgehend zu meiden.

Es war alles tip top und ich habe mich gefreut aber jetzt habe ich mir was bestellt und die Lieferung kam nicht an. Ich habe nachgefragt bei GLS und die sagen es wurde vom zoll „beschlagnahmt“ bzw „ wird noch untersucht“. Habe gedacht es ist legal???😂😂 wieso gibt es diese Seite überhaupt???😂😂😂

I have bought the first time bundle pack, they had 100% money guaranteed back that’s what they promoted on their website but when I reached out to them called them sent emails no response back. They only responded back once when I called them they picked up the phone but no professional customer service. This was a girl that keeps saying that she didn’t understand English and said on our website we don’t have this product, which is kind of weird when I just bought the product and I have proof of everything this is the last time that I’m gonna buy from this company ever again this is a scam anybody that thinks Buying from Rollz should consider doing that

Appena ho effettuato l’acquisto mi è arrivata la mail di UPS, ho pensato :”wow che efficienza”. se non fosse che la spedizione sia stata presa in carico da UPS 5 giorni dopo, e abitando in una località remota (isola) mi toccherà aspettare un’altra settimana in più, in tutto 15 giorni, a me sembra pazzesco

Scammers. Problems with payment, and one order charged twice. Many previously went perfectly. Wrote 4 messages with evidence to the support mail, to which no one responds. Now I'm going to the second step, which is reporting to the Czech inspection. and it would be good if all of us who have found ourselves in the same situation did it.

Support is useless!
I did around 7 orders that worked fine.

however this last order i made on the 10th of april was returned to sender by GLs. I have writen to rollz every second day and not once they have replied!!! 100 euros lost

Habe vor kurzem Vapes bestellt, waren auch schon im Zielland, wurden aber laut Sendungsverfolgung ohne ersichtlichen Grund an den Empfänger retourniert.

Obwohl ich 3x den Support deswegen angeschrieben habe, kam bis jetzt keine Rückmeldung und ich bleib anscheinend auf dem Geld sitzen…

Complete disregard to repeated inquiries about receiving payment for order. This company has no steady modus - it can either be all over good service, or, just absolutely don’t care. Depending on day of the week.

My order wasn’t delivered because the smell was too strong for the UPS courier (I assume the parcel was packed incorrectly); as a result, it ended up with the police, where it was tested and found to contain a standard 20% THC, which is illegal in most of Europe. Be careful what you buy, because you will be held responsible for it, not the ‘company’.

Bestellung noch immer nicht eingetroffen seit dem 7.04 Bestell Nr: #32706 Bin mit dem Versand und der Abwicklung gar nicht zufrieden
Gerne gebe ich eine erneute Bewertung ab wenn das Produkt endlich mal eintrifft
