Absolutely excellent service from start to finish . Directed to my perfect tub by Nalam very personalised friendly service . She reassured any anxieties issues I had regarding difficult access to the summerhouse with measurements photo etc .Regular honest updates with delivery and delays .The delivery team Al and Tim were simply the best friendly ,efficient, professional they went above and beyond ensuring safe installation of my tub .Information was clear and concise Cannot recommend enough .😁

We spent a long time looking for a hot tub, saw all the amazing reviews about Roman Spa’s and thought we would give them a call, from the initial call, Nalam was amazing 🤩 she sent us pictures/videos, diagrams for the electricians etc, she answered every question, the customer service was brilliant!!! Had a small issue with a speaker and Tim sorted it straight away. The guys were very helpful, spent time explaining the controls & how to maintain the hot tub. We absolutely love it!!! We will definitely recommend Roman Spa’s 💦🥂

I ordered a Saturn Hot Tub as it was good value and read lot of positive reviews. I did a video for the delivery route to the back garden and in turned out that the garage door was 10cm too small to get the tub through. Nalam was really helpful suggesting other options but unfortunately there wasn't possible. they were really understanding and no quibble returning the deposit. Great Service

Roman Spas squeezed in the delivery our wonderful hot tub after my last minute request. Our hot tub has brought us nothing but pleasure since. Nalam and the delivery men were particularly wonderful to interact with and really added to the experience of purchasing a hot tub from Roman Spas.

First class company. Initial contact was immediate, discussed requirements, sent a video with measurements of pathway to back garden. Explained it was very tight but was assured the delivery team would get it in. Turned up on time and it was tight, I dont know how they managed such a huge weight. Installed where I wanted it and comprehensive instructions given on the tubs operation. Brilliant service from start to finish.

We had delivery of the Jupiter hot tub on 23/09/2020, and would like to say what an excellent company to deal with from the beginning to end . Nalam the sales advisor was so friendly and professional, and the guys who delivered and set it up were brilliant. Thanks Roman Spas 10/10

I spent a long time reviewing hot tub companies and looking at reviews. I cam across Roman Spas who although only had a small amount of reviews, they are all positive and the prices sounded great.
I contacted the office and was told I could have a Hot tub within 2 weeks. Other companies were advertising really long waits. I decided on an Apollo Hot tub with a full installation service and lift cover. With all of this, the price is still better than most companies. I placed my order and within a day I was told I could have the hot tub in less than a week, which was great.
On delivery day, the communication was great. The guys that delivered turned up on time and got to work. Nothing was too much trouble. They were even screwing things off a garage door to make sure the hot tub would fit and then replaced everything they removed.
They filled up the tub and explained how to use it and what to do with all the chemicals. There was a fair bit of info, but they reassured us that we could call with any questions.
In summary, a great service and great prices. Thanks Roman Spas

Had my spa delivered today.The guys were absolutely fantastic and full of great advice.
If you are thinking of buying one then look no further as this company was top class from start to finish.
Any questions I asked were replied quickly on messenger.

Absolutely fantastic from beginning to end. Decided which hot tub we would like and we’re advised all the way through the process. The hot tub was delivered yesterday by 2 fantastic guys that couldn’t have done any more. Filled the tub and advised us on cleaning and maintaining it....they were fab. Would recommend 110% - when you spend so much money you are always worried if you’ve got it right but these guys know exactly what they are doing and the advice, support and installation service really confirmed to us that we had definitely made the right choice...thank you so much. Will try and post pics later when it’s dark with the fairy lights on!!

Took delivery of our Apollo hot tub on the 25/8/2020 and have to say we are over the moon with it. Tim and Alan did a fantastic job on the day even though the weather was horrendous. They even had to remove a fence panel to get in in but they managed it without any problems. We’ve had no issues with the tub and would throughly recommend Roman Spas. Trying to find a hot tub during lockdown was made much easier by the lovely folks at Roman Spas. From my initial phone call with them to discuss the options right through to delivery and installation by 2 of the most friendly guys the whole process has been a dream. The hot tub itself is quality, well priced and knowing that if I have any issues then the team at Roman Spas is just at the end of the phone gives me great piece of mind, I haven’t got a negative word to say
