Had our Roman Spa hot tub a year the service delivering and set up was brilliant,on 2nd March 2022 we had our first yearly service snd the engineer Damien was so knowledgeable and gave me some great tips regarding the chemicals when he left it was like brand new a fantastic service from Nalam and have recommended Roman Soas to my brother who has bought one which will be delivered and set up in May fantastic all round company

This company and their products cannot be faulted. From the first phone call I made to enquire about purchasing a hot tub, through to delivery & installation, it was a smooth, informative, professional process.

Nalam was super efficient, her customer service is second to none, always there on the phone or WhatsApp for my numerous questions, she made sure the customer felt valued. She certainly goes above and beyond and certainly doesn’t do any ‘hard selling’ and was certainly honest!

The 2 guys, Damian & Dan who delivered our hot tub, were brilliant. They turned up on time, were professional, polite, friendly and very knowledgeable about the hot tub and gave me all the information I needed to look after this product. They were patient with my many questions and ensured that when they left I had everything I needed.

Highly recommend Roman Spas and will certainly use them for regular servicing.

From start to finish the service we have received has been excellent.
We visited the showroom and Nalam was extremely helpful. Gave us all the information we needed to pick the right hot tub for us. Even supported with numerous questions and nothing was too much trouble.
Delivery and installation by Damien and Dan was seamless. We were worried about getting it in our garden but they made it so easy.
Gave us thorough demonstrations for how to use, test, clean etc.

Roman Spas are hands down one of the best company's I've had the pleasure of dealing with. I enquired, having found them on Google, in Feb 2021 and was blown away by the exceptional standard of customer service from Nalam. The machine was delivered in March 2021 and is firstly, one of the best things I've ever bought, and secondly, was a wonderful transaction throughout. The staff are all so lovely, so courteous and polite and really care about their customers. Today, Damien came to service my hot tub and again, the entire process through booking, confirmation, arrival and the service itself was faultless. I even told my husband that the whole experience is just so wonderful. There are many hot tub companies out there, but I doubt any have this exceptional level of customer service. Cannot recommend enough!

Excellent company! Right from the offset Roman Spas Ltd have been fantastic. We couldn't have recieved better service. From initial contact Nalam was informative, helpful and transparent. There was no hidden sales pitch and no hard sell, just honest simple advice. Nalam made us feel comfortable and was a real friendly person to deal with. The purchase was straight forward as was arranging delivery. Then Damian and Dan brought the hot tub, and yet again, impeccable service.
