Be aware of final sale policy. This policy is anti-customer and outdated in this age of e-commerce. Shipping is very slow. Order placed 12/16 was shipped well after christmas with 2 of 4 ordered items STILL not shipped as of 12/31. The clothes are just ok in quality. I wish I could at least exchange one item that my daughter doesn't love but I guess I'm out of luck.

Terrible company, I ordered a gift from this “store” in early December because they stated it would arrive by Dec 21st at the latest. I paid extra for shipping, the item arrived on Dec 29th, I contacted the company through the listed email and got no response. I will actively find ways to let people know that this company is trash.

Clothes are cute (although material could be much better) and delivered quickly- unfortunately, customer service is entirely unresponsive. I made a mistake in my order and contacted customer service immediately after my order went through to ask if I could cancel my order (so I could repurchase the item in the correct color), and customer service never responded to any of my attempts to contact them.
