We pre-paid for for 4 seats by mistake and where told on the night of the show the performance was a sell out However the day afterwards they refused to send a refund !!
How- ever they can keep the money a bad review is not good for any Business..who-ever you are ...

Had to travel 400 miles round trip for this. bought my ticket months in advance but still had to queue outside. late opening & performance started late; so had to leave before the performance ended.
Poor acoustic's now; since moving the bar, the musicians are playing on the long wall.
I WON'T GO AGAIN.

Terrible dreadful place - paid for premium seats couldn’t see anything- unhelpful staff who said no one ever gets refunds- let’s see what Trading Standards have to say about this place…

Seriously lacking Customer Services Skills
After purchasing 2 tickets in excess of £100, I received a confirmation email stating the following: Total 2 2 £105.00
THIS ORDER IS NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE.
During this time my wife developed Covid-19 symptoms, so decided that for the good of the rest of the people that evening we would have to miss out. I received a call from the club at 9.30pm asking where was I and was I still coming, I explained the above and was then told " No that's wrong, you can get a credit note for another evening. Phone the box office tomorrow!"
Eventually I get through on Saturday, to be told witha sarcastic chuckle
"if you had the decency to of informed us prior you could of got a credit note but no not now, as we were unable to sell your tickets " WHAT...
After losing 3 family members to Covid-19, staying away for the sake of the club, reading their emails which clearly states
THIS ORDER IS NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE.
And being laughed at by the woman on the phone, wild horses couldn't drag me there.
Absolutely gutted I can't meet her in person.
Serious lack of information and professional experience
I am 55 years old and have always wanted to go there. Thanks for bursting my bubble

So, to explain one important point, I was using a very large, heavy, electric wheelchair. We happened to pass by Ronnie Scott's, it was about 7.30pm. I quizzed one of the security guys if it was open, as we were still in partial Covid lockdown. Yes was the answer but the band had started already. Before we knew it, the security team were on the case, getting the heavy duty ramp, and sorting a spot indoors for me. Super efficient, couldn't do more to help. The girls and guys of the security team went above and beyond, and could quite easily have said there was no space left. The band were fantastic, and it was a delight and made our trip that much more special. Would add that they prefer advanced notice (by phone) is given for wheelchair users to give them time to get seating prepared. A last note for other wheelchair users, there is an accessible toilet and plenty of space to manoeuvre.

We made a booking of a table for our wedding night party and were assured our guests would be able to get in. BUT while double checking this by phone a couple of days before the wedding, the office staff said that we would need to pay a lot for a VIP package if we actually wanted to be sure all our guests could get in the club (and not just queue outside and possibly not get in at all if it was busy). When we called them out on this sudden change in promise, they cancelled our booking with a rude note. In the end we had a better time elsewhere.
