Rood レビュー

Great product. Easy website. Prompt delivery

TOP QUALITY customer service from rood.co - bought socks for my boys and t-shirts for myself. Great quality goods at good price and excellent customer service. will buy again and it's all made with hemp so good for the planet too.

Best socks we’ve ever had and get more comfortable the longer you have them.

UPDATE:
There was a miscommunication, in that while I did not initially receive info about my order status, the order was in fact on its way, and arrived the same day that I initially wrote this review. Got home to a carefully packaged shirt that made its way from the UK to San Francisco in about as many days as one would expect. Heard back from Rood with a nice, personal email explaining the situation. 5 stars for service, 5 stars for quality. Best T-shirt I own...very happy customer!

I inquired about my order status (Order #1149) and got no reply. Yet I received this survey without any further information on the status of my purchase. Odd. How else can I rate you? I'd give a zero if that were an option, just based on customer service.

Beautiful t-shirt, great eco packaging and happy to support a sustainable brand always.

Comfiest t shirts ever. Recommend.

Lovely tees and nice people to deal with at Rood

Excellent service and quick delivery.
Gorgeous t shirt, love it.

Amazing material, and cool design - looking forward to seeing the range of products growing

Great products.
Everyone loved them at Christmas and when I wanted to exchange a size they wanted to just send out new one and for us to pass on the T shirt to someone special. Great marketing. Great team. Thanks all at Rood

Love my socks and tee shirt. Quick and easy delivery. Nicely packaged up with no plastic. A good experience all round. Lucy

High quality and ethical t-shirts that look great on! Customer service was infallible too - responsive, friendly and extremely helpful. It's a yes from me.

Guilt free, high quality and good value - can you ask for any more? Love both the socks and the tee shirts…I swear they are getting even better with every wash too?!

These socks have replaced all my nike sports socks I own! They not only are the most comfortable socks I have ever owned but unbelievably keep my feet bone dry after an hour & a half of HIIT exercise! Plus they wash well

Best purchase I have made, will purchase more for gifts for loved ones

Thank you Rood! Me and my sisters love our t shirts, they are really soft and comfortable.

I ordered some personalised face masks for my business and I have to say that the level of service provided from Rood from start to finish was exceptional. We were all so impressed with the quality of the masks. Never have we had anything quite so soft but also durable and good for the environment. We are about to order some T-Shirts in addition as we were so thrilled. Could not recommend this company more highly. We are keeping an eye out on more products to be released!

Excellent product ! Thank you Rood .Would purchase again

Very happy with this t shirt! Holds up really well and is extremely comfortable.

I am so happy with my Rood purchase. I have a lot of white t- shirts but my Rood one is now by far my favourite. It fits really nicely and is so comfortable. The team are very nice and helpful, especially with questions about sizing.
