当該企業による記述
Roof Lights specialise in supplying premium stock high quality triple glazed, self-clean, UV protected, thermal efficient skylights at trade prices throughout United Kingdom. What sets us apart from our competitors is, our base stock product comes with all the extra’s that are usually optional costed extra’s, but we offer these features at no extra cost and no additional lead time. In addition, our frameless stepped tripled glazed skylights are designed in a manner that offer uninterrupted views of the sky whereas most competitors skylights come with bulky internal and external frames. The standard triple glazed rooflight specification has the added benefit of noise reduction. This unique cost-effective design and approach has lead Roof lights to become the market leader in the industry.

Product itself is very good. Let down by Logistics
Product itself is very good. This is a repeat purchase. Once agin let gown by Logistics. The product was out of stock (again) despite stocking levels on the website. Further delay as the product was damaged in the yard and had to be replaced. Given the range to Newcastle again difficulty in arranging drop time, which was in the end achieved. The until was insufficiently strapped to its stillage which was unsafe. The unit had to be carried manually. Luckily without damage.

Skylight
This was ordered and delivered the next day, was kept informed of the time they would arrive. As it was after the builders had gone, the delivery man very kindly helped with putting it in a safe place, and was extremely nice. Very pleased with this company. Excellent service.

There's a first time for eveything
I am somewhat a novice when it comes to rooflights, but my Velux's needed replacing as they were leaking.
We wanted something modern and the rooflights were exactly what we were looking for.
The experience from ordering to installation was so easy, all the information you needed was on the website to ensure you ordered correctly, from ordering instructions to installation instructions. I was doing this project myself was and never done this before but every question was answered on the website.

Good product and quality however…
Good product and quality however Incorrect size Rooflights sent originally which resulted in delay of construction whilst the correct rooflight was dispatched. Rectified with ease however unfortunately caused delay to roofing works.
