Do NOT use this company a bunch of cowboys the painted my neighbours house [ shouting and swearing to each other and flicking cigarette butts everywhere ] they got paint on my car i got in touch with them they came and looked admitted fault and they would fix it after a week or 2 nothing i phoned them not answering when they did answer it was lies after lies they couldn't get this couldn't get that i must have phoned 20 times in the end asked for bank details and they would deposit £225.00 and id get it done they did the painting job july 2025 december 2025 i sent bank details 16 december 2025 its now 14 january and still no payment like i said A BUNCH OF COWBOYS the lie and go back on their word

Earlier this year we had the house painted. The job was overall good, however after noticing some fading and paint on the windows, I contacted them to have it fixed, And this is were the fun begins

1. No one really answers the phone
2. If you get a hold of them they will lie consistently about bad weather and numerous other excuses.
3. Promise they will call back and get it fixed which they never do.

Its taken me months just to get the house paint fades redone by them and they have still not removed the paint from the windows.

Job was around the start of the year and now its October and I'm still chasing just as fore warning there "prior" attempt went bust but still trading under a similar name.

I had the roof cleaned and sealed at the beginning of the year and I’ve just had the walls recoated. The roof looks amazing, broken tiles replaced and ridges repaired. We chose a new colour which was applied and sealed. The walls also had repairs done before coating was applied. The window sill were painted and the house looks like new. The workmen were all courteous and work was completed to a high standard. I would highly recommend Roof and Wall Doctor.

A good experience with the company. Roof looks remarkable, wife can’t get over how good it looks. The crew turned up and just got with the task of cleaning the roof. Sheeting laid and good tidy up was carried out.
Called to organise the final stage of painting the roof. Arrived and again just got on with the task in double time.
On the cleaning and inspection, a roof tile was noted as cracked. Replaced on the second visit.
All completed within a working week from initial visit.
We have solar panels installed on the roof, gentlemen worked around them with care.
Roof looks good, if not better when laid.

This company uses fake reviews to get postive remarks, a good few of the postive reviews recently after the negatives ones from customers are from people that work within this company this is fact after doing some research for myself, especially one of the owners partners taime venters there's even a picture of one of the owners on that very review. Which I can send proof of . They've changed names after liquidation on companies house too after research . I had a really awful experience with this company and wouldn't want anyone having work that's not of very good standard like I've had to suffer . I've now had to organise another roofing company to fix everything after trying lots of times to get in contact with them but office never answering or when I did speak to office I was given someone will be in touch shortly , or I'll have to pass that information on to get sorted. Still nothing happened. This has been as accurate as I can be in my review .stay clear of these people if you know what's good for you

Just had my roof and walls completed. Can not believe the transformation. Would recommend

It took 2 days to clean the roof, apply fungicide and a clear coat. The roof had lots of moss and lichen and the transformation is amazing, it looks like new.
The guys replaced a couple of tiles and cemented a hole on the ridge.
Gutters and surrounding areas were cleaned. They jet washed the windows too.

Had our roof done at end of last year. The main work to roof was satisfactory however we were told there would be no mess, as if they had never been there. Only half the garden was protected and the rest of my garden and neighbours gardens were left in a mess to say nothing of the windows of all properties in the terrace. There were spillages of pitch on my néw paving which i was told they would come back and fix. We also had our roofline done by one of their staff who took our money with a promise to return and finish. Ended up getting someone else to finish at a further cost of £ 200. I had contacted the company several times who promised to recompense but did not ever come back to me. Customer service is bad so please avoid these people.

I don't know anything about roofs but after a few quotes it was more about the clear information I was given by these guys than anything else that made me want to go with them. Always answered my endless questions and the work was all done as scheduled. No mess, no fuss, no drama. Thanks guys.

We recently had our roof done with these guys. I was a little bit sceptical at first, it’s a lot of money to spend, but felt much more at ease after our appointment with the surveyor. It’s an investment after all!!

We had few delays due to the rain but this cannot be helped. Communication was very good and Jayde was fabulous. We’ll be in touch when we want the walls doing. Thank you for a great job 😊

Had our roof and walls all cleaned and recoated. The communication throughout was excellent and the end result fantastic. The wall pair in particular was exactly what we wanted and a perfect contrast with the roof coating.

My parents had their roof done last year by The Roof and Wall Doctor, and the entire process from start to finish was smooth and professional. The workers were friendly, informative, and clearly very knowledgeable. When we had storms afterward, the roof held up perfectly without any issues. I recently asked them to come back to install bird spikes, and once again, they did an excellent job. Highly recommend!"

I had the roof & wall doctor team recently transfer the exterior of my property, this included a roof/gutter clean and my walls painted to a nice bright white.

I had been dealing with Jayde throughout the whole project, nothing was too much of an ask. The boys turned up to do the job on the dates/times agreed and were completed, quickly, cleanly and professionally in a short space of time. Wouldn’t hesitate to use Roof and wall doctor again

Work was very poor - left with all garden furniture ,door and windows needing cleaned by myself - did ask the workmen about cleaning the windows and their reply was "do you not have a window cleaner.
Also two sections of gutters damaged one was repaired but one at front still leaks leaving pool of water at front door steps - despite repeated phone calls and promises of this being repaired nothing has happened. also salesman said covers would be put done everywhere but this was not the case with large areas left covered in moss/debris.
Would never recommend this company to anyone.

Paid this company a fortune and work has not been completed, workmen were disrespectful and everywhere was left dirty and damaged garden furniture! Made complaints but nothing has been done. Total breach of sales contract and have sought legal advice and representation
