I was unaware of this service and was totally surprised that I could even get and estimated square feet of the property and view the property on the map. Location was spot on. Bogus lead provider
They sold us a ton of leads that weren't interested homeowners some claimed they were never looking for a roofing contractors others said they replaced their roofs recently, so they weren't looking and were upset we were calling. the company refused to provide replacement leads for the bogus leads and the customer service reps couldn't care less about the quality of the leads. Every time someone asks who our worst experience was for lead providers we always let them know to stay far away from the roofing calculator lead scam. I am leaving this review months after our horrible experience because it lives rent free in my head and I just got done speaking to someone else who had a similar experience in the same market. thousands of dollars lost that would have been Beter spent on any other program or avenue

Contrary to what other reviewers appear to indicate, you cannot use this estimator without entering address, email, and phone number which (I have no doubt, per the terms to which you must agree) will subject you to unwanted sales calls and emails. Would be much better, and acceptable, if they just gave a reasonable estimate, without all of that, and let me call recommended contractors when I am ready. Otherwise, it just looks to me like a typical bait and switch scam Iâm not gonna get into.

Never got past the 4 digit verification code that they required. First, it took over 30 minutes to get the code, which other sites give you instantly. Second, after waiting 30 minutes for a code and entering it, was told that âsomething went wrong. Try again.â Tried five more times with same result and just gave up. Kind of a joke.

I needed more info to hire a roofing contractor
I went on to roofingcalculator.com to see what information I could learn about choosing a roofing contractor. I found good info to ask prospective contractors and also found the measurements of my roof. The only downside was being contacted within seconds by roofing contractors by phone! I explained I wasn't ready to call anyone just yet but i wasn't happy to have unsolicited contractors call ing me. Maybe I missed something in the site what said they would call but I was surprised. Luckily only three called.
