It offers a large free vent area with a low Pascal resistance figure. The stack cap is mechanically fixed so more secure when installed in extreme weathers, but can be removed for servicing purposes. The Ubbink Flat Roof Vent is made of high-quality polypropylene (PP). This material is lightweight and not sensitive to damage or cracking.
