Amazing experience! Due to our time differences we were still able to set a date and work on my optimization. The whole time it was smooth and and clear. Definitely recommend, my PC runs so much smoother!

Great service. Serviroo did an amazing job optimizing my pc. Runs very smooth. From 300-350ish to 450 fps on Overwatch. As for Rivals, from 420-540. Thanks dude!

After I wanted to upgrade my pc but didn’t know where to go or what to start with. Serviroo helped me out a lot with deciding parts in my price range and optimizing my pc to the best it can be. After buying my plan and planning a meeting he got right to work testing my pc’s performance and figuring out where to start with optimization. He walked me through all the steps he was doing and explaining to me what each one did for my pc. Went from averaging around 400-450 frames on games to 600+. 10/10 service would recommend any time.

I cannot stress enough Servi's skills and professionalism. His hands-on operation was both quick and thorough. I mostly play Valorant, and I instantly felt the difference in input lag, which is what I mentioned to him to focus on the most, rather than increasing FPS. I am very happy with the result!

Absolutely blown away by the level of knowledge and insight provided by Roo Industries while optimizing my two PCs:

from using a custom OS (FSOS - basically a debloated and optimized Windows 11 aimed at boosting performance and lowering system latency), to the post-install Windows and Network tune..

Custom BIOS tune per specific Motherboard model (both my PCs use the ROG Strix X870-I ),
GPU Overclock and Undervolt
CPU Overclock and Undervolt
Custom Fan Curves tailor to my needs (both PCs are SmallFormFactor cases - NCASE M2 and M3 cases)

..to finally per-game-optimizations, debloated GPU Driver installation and settings, and per-game process optimizations via Process Lasso

My both systems run blazingly fast, with zero stutters and system latency measured not in milliseconds, but microseconds.

Getting a PC tuned by Roo Industries feels like a cheat in game, but it's legal. The advantages in competitive gaming that a good PC like that gives, with the proper monitor (240hz+ minimum), are so radical that anything less feels like a handicap.

I first met Serviroo through a friend last year around September. At the time, I was pretty new to the idea of having someone professionally my PC, instead of watching 100 tutorials and attempting to do it myself. I was also about to pull the trigger on what would be my dream gaming PC. I reached out to Serviroo to see if I qualified for his XOC package, and not only did he answer all my early questions, but he also helped me optimise my build before I even bought it. This ensured we could get the absolute most out of it in terms of overclocking, while keeping the system stable for years to come.

Once the PC arrived, Servi spent over a week patiently testing and fine-tuning every single aspect of the system with me. Admittedly, XOC is a long and time-consuming process, involving multiple stress tests and BIOS changes, so you do need to be prepared for the time investment. That said, it is hands down the best money I have ever spent on any PC-related service.

Using Battlefield 6 as an example, straight out of the box my PC was already putting up solid numbers: 4K, everything maxe out, around 190 FPS. After a fully custom OS, custom RAM timings, overclocked CPU and GPU, and overall fine-tuning backed by extensive testing, I’m now safely getting 230–240 FPS native 4K. With DLSS Quality (1440p upscaled to 4K), I’m well over 310 FPS. Every other game I’ve tested has had ZERO issues. Any high-end title you can think of, I’m getting the absolute best out of it. Cyberpunk, with everything on Psycho and maxed-out ray tracing at 4K, is pushing around 70 FPS.

When it comes to input latency, there is quite literally none. Paired with my ASUS OLED, it feels like whatever Servi has done makes the mouse move before my brain even tells it to. Friends who’ve come over to try the system have said they’ve never experienced anything like it before.
There’s no way I’d be having this good of an experience without his help. Servi is a master at what he does, and his artisan-level skillset speaks for itself. If you’re ever on the fence about doing XOC or any of his packages, I’d be more than happy to talk privately via DMs and put any doubts to rest. This will be the best money you spend on your PC.

Just keep in mind that patience and time are required. Also understand that Servi is a VERY busy guy. He will do his absolute best to work around your schedule and timezone, but the partnership works best when communication is open and both sides understand if you both are busy. I also found that being attentive during sessions, rather than going fully AFK, was far more beneficial. It allows you to ask questions on the fly and helps move things along faster.

With the PC doing its thing now, Serv is still there answering any of my questions whenever I have something im curious about. He really does care about his customers a lot.

Serviroo is the GOAT when it comes to this type of stuff. Im so extremely grateful for everything he has done for me. This has been an awesome experience and I would recommend this to anyone remotely interested. Thankyou again Serv! ❤️

Serviroo did an absolutely insane extreme overclocking job on my PC. Performance is ridiculous, stability is rock solid, and everything was explained in detail (without melting my brain). You can clearly tell he really knows his stuff. Top-tier service for anyone who wants to push their PC to the absolute limit, safely and without explosions ahahah

my pc went from not being able to stream/record/ AND clip while maintaining a stable and high frame rate until I with Servi, very knowledgeable and professional!

I ended up contacting Servi because my PC just hadn’t been feeling right for a long time. I had also heard that he fixed my friends computer so I was very interested. It wasn’t anything super dramatic, but little things kept adding up like random stutters, weird mouse feeling, games just not running how they should.

After he went through everything, it honestly felt like my PC was brand new. Stuff just runs smoother now. My games load quicker, aiming feels way more consistent. Even navigating around my PC feels faster.

Streaming has been the biggest change for me. My frames used to be a lot lower before the change, but now I can get upwards of 400-500 while streaming, local recording, and having multiple applications open.

Overall, I’m really glad I gave it a shot. If your setup feels like it’s underperforming for no reason, Servi definitely knows how to clean things up.
