So I came across this site through heydiscount and wasnt sure how it worked. I called customer service and they helped me use the voucher code and I got an immediate discount! I am so happy thank you

As they had way better prices than other sites, I decided to book with them. Used them a couple of times and never had any issue.

Avoid at all costs. Booked a room in New York city for New Years Eve 2018. Paid for the room using the credit card. Roomhopper failed to pass on the payment and the hotel came after us for the money, as the occupants are ultimately responsible for the payment. Luckily the credit card company reimbursed us and we used that money to pay the hotel, but the matter look 4.months to resolve.

Avoid. Used to be fine when based in Scotland, but now based in UAE and truly awful.
Booked a suite with breakfast at Hilton New York for December this year (2018) after reading some less than impressive reviews I contacted Hilton to confirm that I did in fact have a booking. Hilton confirmed that I had a regular room with no breakfast, not the suite with breakfast I have booked and paid for

Avoid company like the plague!
Booked and paid for hotel in New York. Arrived after a long journey to be told Room Hopper havent paid the hotel but theyd taken our money. No reply from calling them and emailing. Has to pay twice for the room at an extra 30% and two weeks on and still no answer on the phone or reply by email!
Thanks for ruining my birthday!
