Scott and Denise are very helpful. They have been wonderful.
Ease of Access to the faculty. Trolleys to move your stuff around, wide corridors, somewhere to wash your Hans, simply a great set up.

Excellent Service
The service from Denise was excellent with showing us the sized rooms and prices to including the discounts on offer currently. She also gave clear instructions on how to purchase the room and showed me how to access the building and room using the Master Vault Lock app and made it so easy. Highly recommend Roomia. Denise was Exceptional, Storage A1
Denise was the most pleasant and helpful assistant. The unit we booked was convenient and very clean and presentable. I would recommend this facility to anyone needing storage. Due to the lovely service offered by Denise and the spotless presentation of the units. There is also a generous discount for the first 3 months of rental. Very happy with their service, 5 stars 🙂❤️

We appreciated the friendly, helpfull, efficient and patient the staff, Dee and Scott were, that helped us. They have showed us how the Roomia App and system worked and did not mind repeating what we did not understand.

Scott was very nice and pleasant.
Went through thoroughly ,all aspects of the site.
Mud map highlited were our unit was gates and walked me through the phone app.
Very easy wish more apps were this easy.
