Ordered 2pIr in November 2025 to date 17/03/2026 still not received them, many emails not replied to.
Terrible service if still in business.

Boots ordered 06/01 not received. Sent multiple emails to no avail. Was assured order was on the way. They eventually stopped replying. Contacted my bank, went through chargeback. Refund received today 15/04. Bank says Root Footwear known for not fulfilling orders.

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes mid Feb for a birthday gift this year and received nothing. No shoes and no refund. Always that same email, we will respond in 3-5 days. What crap is this? You take my money and I dont get what I paid for. This company should not be advertised anywhere for anyone to experience this. This is fraud.

Non delivery after multiple attempts at trying to contact them with a couple of email replies. No refund received again after another email being sent. Company still advertises they just communicate.

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes on 24th November. Nothing received. Multiple emails complaining but to no avail, requested my money back - no responce. This is clearly a scam
Beware of slick well constructed adverts for shoes under a different name it's just the same people.

If I could give a minus rating I would.
Ordered in November and still not received.
Promise after promise from their customer service.

I placed my order in Jan 2026 still not delivered and I have emailed them numerous times and only get an automated answer.

Made an order for my dad on 10/Jan/2026. Told my order had been delayed, then dispatched and never received. DO NOT ORDER FROM ROOT FOOTWEAR, it is a SCAM. Reporting for fraud.

Ordered in December. Was lied to they were with royal mail. No sign. Then told there was a delay but they would soon be with me. Lies. Requested refund in February. No response. £54 down the drain. Absolute scam of a 'company'. No doubt I'll get a generic reply from the supposed 'CEO' but I just want my money back. Wish I'd never heard of them DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY.

Ordered in November for Christmas present. Told it was delayed due to stock shortage. Since then the same update however I have requested a refund on several occasions to no avail. I have now emailed today 17.03.2026 having had no reply since 17.01.2026.
Shocking customer service and in breach of consumer rights!! Complete scam and £55 down the drain!!

I have bought two pairs of shoes on two occasions last year. Delivery took some time but the shoes were of good quality and walking was no longer a painful endurance for me, although one pair was slightly too small.
I ordered 2 pairs of boots in November (around £58) for the winter and received an email in late November to say they were on their way (which I accepted might mean "we have received your order").
Nothing since. In late February I emailed and received an automated reply to tell me they would be in touch within 2-3 business days.
It is now mid March and I am very disappointed indeed.

Scam ! Order placed in Dec 2025 . Nothing received to date . I've sent numerous emails to which they give automated replies. I have asked for full refund of monies which they haven't honoured to date . I have now contacted (March 2026) my credit card company , who have raised a dispute and refunded my money .

Support contact is now no longer available! All emails "bounce back "
Awaiting products since 2nd December 2025. Promised Refund
In February 2026. Still awaiting refund !
Unable to get a response from from them !

Preferred 2 pairs and still not arrived since Christmas.
Total Con yes I Said Con Company.
Reply once saying would get discount for late delivery.

NAME shame on you.

I have placed an ordered through a Facebook advert and I never received my order. I have sent numerous emails to Root-Footwear customer care with any response from them. I have lost £56.00. Very poor service from this company.

This company should not be allowed to sell on any social media platform -the service is very very poor and customer service is non existent! Goods ordered end of Jan 26, now 2nd March -no goods, no rely but the money was taken within 1 day!!!

Ordered 2 pairs and paid £60 on 2nd Dec 2025. Initial confirmation, then email saying they have hit a delay. Further emails received, supposedly from their CEO, but no delivery.
Now nearly three months later their website and tracking have stopped working.
This is the last email I received:

Again, I apologize for the poor experience you’ve had, and I truly appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this matter. If you have any further questions or concerns in the meantime, please do not hesitate to reach out to me directly.

Order 1042 placed then confirmed a month ago.
No contact whatsoever but surprise,surprise,money debited off my credit card immediately.
Is this company a pure scam merchant?

Ordered in December but still waiting, they have some great stuff online I've seen but trust now a problem.

I ordered a pair of shoes on 01/12/2025 told they were despatched, never received. When I enquired was told they had been inundated with orders and would be a delay. On 17th January 2026 I asked for a refund and was told it would be in my account within 5 business days, I’m still waiting and receiving no response to any emails. Do not use this company
