I ordered the Ropov Patch Maker, and while the loom itself appears to be in working order (it just arrived so I have not used it yet), the animal patterns which I was especially excited for do not match what is shown in the videos at all. The patterns provided do not resemble the ones depicted in the marketing, and I honestly think they may be AI generated slop. Not worth the money. For instance, the fox pattern in the video clearly has 4 different colours of yarn and is an entirely different shape than the pattern provided, which only uses 3 and is very basic in comparison. Misleading.

No answers to my emails (about 10).
I also tryed many times to contact them through their contact form on their website but no answer too.
I was asking them about how to proceed to send back the product and get a refund as described in their general conditions of use.

I didn't receive anything. The transporter screwed up and I have no answers about where my order is, neither from the transporter, neither from Ropov. So, impossible to leave a review without any device.

The knitting loom was broken when it arrived; there were two pieces of wood broken from the circle. I sent an email immediately. Then I sent an email with pictures of the broken loom. But I did not receive an answer.

Very well designed object which works and makes a lot of fun.

I believe this is a scam website. On their site it states they have a 4.2/5 on Trustpilot which is clearly not true. Didn’t try to purchase the wooden knitting kit because of this. I’ve been scammed before by these type of sites.

Update based on below response from Ropov 17–Jun-26: your website claims you have a 4.2/5 review on trustpilot. On your site you have a link to view the 583 trustpilot reviews which instead directs you to an internal page with reviews (not trustpilot reviews) - these cannot be checked if they are real or not. You can clearly see here on trustpilot that there are 2 reviews (to date). This indicates that you are deceiving customers.
