The anti redness cream I bought had separated and was oily. I emailed Rosalique and had an immediate, personal and positive response with two replacement tubes for me and my daughter received within a week. The cream is brilliant and how nice to deal with such a good company.

Hi Rosalique, 3 months ago I would have given this product a five star review but unfortunately the last two tubes I have purchased from my local pharmacy have been split with an oily liquid and a different colour green putty like substance, very difficult to apply. I’m disappointed that when this has been raised by many people on your social media pages the fob off answer is to advise to email you. There is clearly a manufacturing issue/ change in formula judging by your responses here. Perhaps your customer service department could be more transparent by addressing in the social media forums also. I’m so disappointed as it was a great product, unfortunately I won’t be purchasing it again.

Previous tubes were great but the formula has changed and is not as good. Customer service has sent me two replacements but alas it is not the same. Will be switching to Loreal CC+ Eucerin SPF instead

I was so looking forward to trying this product but it’s horrid . It’s like a thick gritty clay that doesn’t rub in and is patchy. A complete waste of money

Having been a Rosalique customer since lockdown and loving this amazing product this latest tube has separated and is very oily with little or no coverage..contacted the company and customer service excellent and sent me out a replacement tube which sadly was exactly the same.
I shall have to search now for a similar product out there with equivalent SPF, having had skin cancer on my face this was why I bought it in the first place.

This cream hasn't lived up to the promotional videos which show a product that miraculously covers skin blemishes. In my experience the cream is a translucent paste so it can never conceal like an opaque concealer can. Not sure about its healing properties yet.

Just to be clear, I still love the product (I have light Rosacea and this is nice, light coverage to even out my skin tone) but my latest bottle is definitely different. I get them from the Rosalique store on Amazon. Always used to be a creamy, quite minty colour green. This one is darker brighter green and gritty, like fine sand particles in it. It still does the job but I don't like having to brush the grit off. Would have given 5 stars otherwise.

Edit Oct 24: Trustpilot contacted me for further info, which I have supplied so no I’m not a malicious troll, I’m a genuine customer (I’ve supplied my order number) who is absolutely gutted with their new recipe as it’s awful! Really looking forward to a response from Rosalique, hopefully telling me they’ve gone back to the old formula because the new one is terrible. 3 stars on the current product is generous to be honest…

I discovered this miracle cream a couple of years ago and I felt like I’d found my forever product! I have pale skin prone to redness and flushing. This product was literally confidence in a bottle! I ordered my umpteenth replacement when running low at the start of April…first batch of 2 tubes was luminous green and came out separated…tried shaking it made no difference…contacted Rosalique and they were great; sent replacements and told me I didn’t have to return the other 2 (they went in the bin as they were utterly useless)
2 replacements came, slightly better but thick and still luminous green…and when applied it cakes and goes patchy. Contacted Rosalique and they refunded me in full. They also said they’d send a new tube when the new batch came in. They haven’t but that’s ok. I’m hesitant to try ordering more as the colour also has completely changed! It used to be pale green and creamy to apply, adapting to your skin and giving absolutely excellent coverage. The product I received makes me look green! 4 tubes in the bin and I’m devastated. Please Rosalique sort it out!

I started using Rosalique 6 months ago and was blown away with the product. I finally felt like I'd found my holy grail cream for rosacea/redness and used it every day ever since.

However, my most recent bottle was extremely disappointing. It was like 'clay' and very unpleasant to use. I came on trustpilot to see if anyone else had found the same and I can see that I am not alone. The ingredients had split and separated and was extremely thick. It isn't the same.

Contacted customer service who were very helpful and responsive, and issued a refund. Apparently the formula has changed. Absolutely heartbroken. Really hope they can resolve this and return to the previous quality.

I was gifted the 3 in 1 anti redness miracle formula.

I suffer from bechets so often get quite red boils on my face and was quite eager to try this product.

The product itself is quite thick and comes out green. It was a little difficult to spread, but overall applied quite easily and did visibly reduce the redness.

It did have a slight tint to it as the day went on.

I wore it again the next day almost as a primer before my makeup. And it actually worked really well. Gave my skin a nice even base to apply my makeup on and it held well all night.

Overall, I think it's a really good product.

Gutted that the formula has changed. This was literally my favourite product. I used to give people tubes as gifts and would offer the last of my tubes when I got a new one so people could try it as I knew that would love it.

My last order was faulty, product was split and greasy. The replacement order was a thick green clay like consistency with no pigmentation in.

The customer service team were fantastic and are clearly having to work around the clock to respond to all of the customer complaints. I was issued a refund no problem so I am grateful for that but heartbroken that I no longer have my miracle acne rosacea cover.

I will continue to monitor these reviews in the vain hope that I see people starting to post that the formula has returned back to normal.

I have replied to the customer service email chain we exchanged in July so that you can see my order number and that I am “indeed” a genuine customer and not a cyberbullie. It’s such a shame that you chose to ignore my comments about how good your customer service was in dealing with my issues. The problem is with the product. Not the team.

First time user, very happy with the results. Service has been excellent. Highly recommended.

Absolutely love this product. Light, gives me a healthy glow and acts as the perfect foundation and spf!

Also great on my sisters sensitive skin

My 3 in 1 Anti redness formula came out as an orange oil. I know the product should be green. It was not. I did try it on my face which came out in a red rash. I bought it in Ireland and other ladies have reported some problems with it

I have loved both this product and company for years but unfortunately they have clearly changed their formula, as it no longer covers redness at all and the consistency is all over the place. Sad because for a long time this was my favourite product.

I have been a true supporter of Rosalique for many years, it really was a great product!!! Sadly for the past few tubes, it has either been watery, greasy, grainy, oily or its so hard, its like cement trying to get it out of the tube and covers nothing!! The product is just so unstable and unreliable. I am so utterly disappointed in this brand. I have however, sourced an alternative now, which is as good as the original, if not better. Rosalique, you have lost my custom, such a shame as I tried to be loyal!

I have been using Rosalique for a while now and am on my third tube. The first two have been fantastic with excellent coverage on my red areas. I could even use it on its own. However the latest tube was very disappointing. The product was ‘clay like’ and just didn’t blend well. I contacted customer services who replied very quickly, informing me that they had experienced problems with a batch including mine and would send me a new tube. I’m very impressed. Thank you.

twee sterren, ik geef niet zo snel lage recensies maar helaas moet ik wel eerlijk zijn. De kleur geeft je een geelzucht gloed. Het smeert niet fijn en doet niks tegen de rosacea. Ik weet dat mensen met rosacea echt alles proberen, crèmes, voeding van alles. Je wordt een beetje hopeloos. Daarom vind ik het jammer dat er dan toch producten verkocht worden die niet echt goed werken. Ik neem aan dat jullie dit op de huid testen, dus dan had de geelzucht kleur moeten opvallen. Het voelt nu meer als "nou dit is prima toch? gewoon lekker verkopen, goed genoeg." Hopelijk is dit product misschien over een paar jaar wel een toevoeging voor mensen met rosacea. Voorlopig nog even goed kritisch kijken als maker.

Gebruik het nu al ruim een jaar en voor mij werkt het heel fijn. Na gebruik krijg ik wel het gevoel dat mijn gezicht ietswat vettiger aanvoelt en uitziet, maar als ik het een beetje afpoeder is dat probleem ook weer verholpen. Ik gebruik ook geen foundation meer nu ik Rosalique gebruik. De roodheid op mijn wangen wordt goed bedekt. Ik heb zelf een beige-achtige huidskleur, de tint past goed op mijn huid. Jammer te lezen dat het niet voor iedereen is weggelegd. Tot nu toe 1 tube gehad waarbij er extreem veel olie-achtige substantie uit kwam. Bij de andere tubes had ik daar geen last van. Op den duur ook de kwast besteld en die vind ik persoonlijk heel fijn om te appliceren.

I am so disappointed that having been an avid buyer of Rosalique’s anti redness cream for over four years, they’ve now changed the formula of the product and it offers nowhere near the quality it once did. My latest tube comes out like a clay mask, does not apply to my skin evenly and worst of all offers no counteraction to my redness- if anything, it worsens it now as I have to rub the product in so vigorously. I sent an email to customer care, who have been very helpful in the past when I experienced an issue with a previous batch, and received a very curt response to say that changes had to be made and they would not be offering replacements (I didn’t even ask for one, I just simply emailed to see if the formula had been changed). I’m gutted but am left with no choice but to find an alternative as this cream no longer fulfils its purpose.
