Same as other reviews wish I’d read this as wanted it to work. Leaves skin a dirty looking brown and no amount of blending makes it match skin like in instructions.

Fingers are stained green which looks terrible.

Wasted my money as prob will never use the tube after first try

Recommended this by a few people but didn’t like it at all. Given it 2 stars as I have continued to use as it’s ok as a spare. Found it doesn’t go very far, if you use too much your face looks greeny brown and dirty. It doesn’t stay on at all. The coverage is ok but like I say it gives you a funny tinge. My face gets very red when hot or stressed and with this on the redness came through quickly. Don’t get the hype, over priced! I’ll stick with my IT cosmetics CC cream, that’s amazing for redness and stays put!

I was very excited to try this product and now I'm glad I only bought a sample and didn't spend £30 for a whole bottle.
The product is thick and sticky, very difficult to apply. It left my face with a weird brown/green colour, it looked like my face was dirty.
Also it stained my fingers green and after washing them multiple times for 2 days, they are still green.
Definitely not for me and wouldn't recommend.

12/06/25 Writing this after reading Rosalique's customer service reply that I am a cyberbully. Well, I'm not. I am just a normal person not satisfied with a product that I was very excited to try. I have deleted my order details so I can't provide them anymore.
I have also noticed that lately Rosalique is receiving many bad reviews, very similar to mine, so we can't be all cyberbullies and liars, there must be something wrong with the product.

Yes, the product I received was genuine as I ordered it directly from Rosalique website.
No, I didn't like at all.

Love this for problem areas and for sun protection

I am still waiting to receive my sample what have ordered 13th of April. I have wrote an email no reply so I have contacted customer service and the lady told me that they been waiting for new stock to come and I would receive my sample this week , nothing so far. I have paid and received no confirmation email of the order and customer service confirmed all my details on the phone but I have received email offers to order more products. Still no products
Very disappointing and where is my product, very bad customer service will not order again and would like my money back .

I ordered two samples, and I’m so glad they do samples because this is one of the worst products I have ever put on my face.
It doesn’t match your skin, it’s just green moisturiser with tiny little balls of makeup in it which absolutely won’t match you. It’s so dark.
I looked hideous, like I’d rolled around in dirt. It’s like the worst, cheapest, fake tan ever. Not to mention it being very difficult to remove.
Never again!

Never received my order, nothing after order confirmation other than a barrage of promotional communications. No order. Will never use this company again. Disappointed.

Ik had een tube van deze crème gekocht, maar na een aantal dagen gebruik springt de achterkant van de tube open omdat de crème een structuur van klei heeft en het dus niet door het ieniemienie gaatje van de tube past. Uitgedroogde pasta was het! Doordat het zo’n structuur heeft, is het niet smeerbaar en blijft er ook een groene waas op je gezicht.
Ik heb rosalique netjes gemaild, met de foto’s van mijn open gesprongen tube. Maar wat een slechte service.Ik kreeg een mail terug dat ze het ‘vervelend’ vonden en dat het een productiefout is. Ze konden verder niks doen, ik moest maar terug naar de winkel waar ik het had gekocht.
Rosalique, als het een productiefout is, zoals jullie beweren, moeten jullie het probleem ook oplossen en niet op de klanten afschuiven.
Ik ben wel terug gegaan naar de winkel waar ik het heb gekocht en de mails laten zien. De eigenaar had dit zelf ook nog nooit meegemaakt, was stom verbaasd en zei ook dat dit niet zo hoort. Gelukkig was de eigenaar van de winkel wel service gericht en heeft mij een nieuwe tube meegegeven. Nu maar afwachten of deze tube wel oke is.

Heel jammer, maar het product voldoet helemaal niet aan de verwachtingen. Ik heb een volledig jaar gewacht tot de testertjes weer te koop waren, en ben blij dat ik dat heb gedaan ipv een volle tube te kopen.
Over de levering niks op aan te merken: dat ging vlot.
Het product is heel dik en moeilijk smeerbaar. Toen ik het af mijn wang haalde, werd mijn huid roder en er doken meer rosacea bultjes op. Het lijkt dus niet geschikt voor mijn huid. Maar mijn grootste probleem is de kleur. Eigenlijk had ik moeten weten dat, als er zo veel verschillende tinten foundation en ondertonen bestaan, er niet zoiets bestaat als 1 kleur die voor iedereen werkt. Ik heb een heel lichte huid met koele ondertonen en het product oogt modderbruin op mij. Ik vermoed dat je dus best medium huid hebt en eerder neutrale of warme ondertonen om dit product te kunnen gebruiken. Ik vind het bijzonder jammer, want het idee is veelbelovend. Misschien kan rosalique in de toekomst meerdere tinten maken, zodat meer mensen er baat bij hebben?

I was so excited to try my Rosalique samples to see how they would work on the redness on my face. I honestly think my face looks better red than what I just put on my face. The best way to describe this product is like smearing the darkest fake tan across my face, except it washed off straight away. It also turned my fingers green when I used it. I washed my hands twice and they are still green. I had a large brown streak on my neck also when I tried to blend it. Awful experience. So glad I did not pay full price for this crap

Like others have said the first tube I bought was great the second an absolute waste of money…. Won’t be purchasing again

I like the product. I haven't needed to purchase a new tube for a while so possibly I'm still using the old formula as there seems to be some bad feedback about consistency now. However, the reason I'm bothering to leave a review at all is because I'm so impressed with their customer service! I purchased a tube which, after a few squeezes, came unsealed. I Googled for customer services and was pleased to find a phone number in addition to the usual 'write to us'. The last I spoke to was lovely. No quibbling, I was sent a replacement immediately. The while thing was so quick and easy and personal. Something which seems hard to come by these days. So, I hope I do like the new formula, as I definitely like the company!

Disappointed! I'd watched all the Instagram reviews and thought this would be a great alternative to the Dr Jart I usually use, so was delighted when I was able to get 2 sample sachets.
However, I wasn't impressed at all. Others have mentioned a change in formula which must be the case here, as the Instagram videos showing a smooth texture and easy to rub in was not my experience at all.
The formula was thick, hard to spread and felt grainy as though it had a few grains of sand in it. The product felt heavy and left a dark tone on my face. My finger went a dark greenish/grey having applied it and was difficult to remove.
I couldn't recommend this and am just grateful that I was able to get a sample (albeit for £3) but am glad I didn't buy this for full price.

Extremely disappointed. The overall texture was thick and gritty; when I finally applied it smoothly it was far too dark. I persevered and tried again the next day, but still not happy. I attempted applying a tiny amount under my foundation but its still too dark and thick for me. Also stained my finger green after applying.

Yep, the formula has changed and is now not good to apply to already sensitive skin. Requires too much rubbing and spreading with the thicker/clay-type consistency. Not pleasant and shouldn't be marketed as suitable for sensitive skin.

I bought a tube last year and it worked. Green cream changing to flesh colour as it is applied. Great coverage and masking of redness. Bought a new tube and it's different. Green cream changing to white when applied. Fails to mask any redness. Pointless product now. Is this a new, disimproved formula or a defective tube? Very disappointed.

I bought the set for £99.00. I got three face clothes, a cleanser balm, a nighttime moisturiser, the green magic, and a brush.
So I have been struggling since last November with dermatitis on my forehead going down towards my eyes and nose. It’s been very dry and itchy, and no matter what kind of moisturiser I’ve put on, it is constantly flaky, inflamed, and red. My set arrived yesterday, and I couldn’t wait to try it. I started with the face balm cleanser. I left it on for five minutes, then wiped it away with one of the cloths and warm water and let my face dry naturally. I applied the nighttime moisturiser, and wow, this morning is the first morning I’ve woken up, and I have not got dry, flaky, inflamed patches on my nose, forehead, and around my eyes. I know it is only day one, but I’m holding out hope for this. I wanted to share my positive experience with anyone else who might be struggling with rosacea, eczema, or dermatitis.
The balm is lovely I love the smell. And the night cream too. Very impressed.

I’ve used Rosalique for years with great results for my rosacea. However, I’ve noticed some issues with consistency recently, as a few tubes seemed faulty. While the product has its flaws, their customer service was helpful, and it's still worth considering. The formula works well overall and has a lovely finish when it's right.

So disappointed love this product, but they changed the formula - not the same type of coverage. Would be very reluctant to buy again. Emailed customer service to see if they changed, they replied with a generic answer

Like a lot of other reviews here recently, I too probably have a new tube from a faulty batch - something which Rosalique mention in one of their replies to a review further down. Rosalique - have you now resolved / recalled the faulty tubes of very thick product? FYI I live in the south east, in case this is a geographical logistic stock problem etc. I really miss using this product but there’s no way I can use my current tube. It’s way too thick and so dry. It would be great to get a response.
