ROSCBox is a subscription box designed for med students, residents, nurses & physicians. We're here to remind providers to keep going by sending a monthly box of snacks, stuff they need & resources to support their mental health & wellness. Our goal is to prevent physician suicide. ROSC=return of spontaneous circulation, or that moment when the heart 'fires' up again after CPR or defibrillation is performed. We're here to 'fire up' that desire of healthcare workers to come back the next day.
ROSC Box does a great job. The personalization makes it worthwhile. For some reason even if I don't love the items in the box the note makes it all worthwhile. It comes at a time when I need it. Without fail and provides support. The box is for me, but my family all get excited when they see it has arrived and look forward to opening it.
It was a nice surprise to receive. I loved the variety of items from the Salonpas to the therapy balls to the trays.

As a resident working during this pandemic, I look forward to my ROSC Box every month. Before my first order, I was hesitant; I really don’t like subscription boxes that give you a lot of useless items that just end up lying around your house. The items in this subscription service are so carefully curated to be both useful and fun. ROSC Box really gives me something to look forward to each month. I am always so excited to see what was selected each month and the hand written notes of encouragement are such a plus.
