I ordered a support teddy dinosaur. I ordered this the end of July and I have sent 12 emails and they just replied saying be patient. I have received nothing and it is now 26th September and still nothing. Scam avoid

I wish I had seen these reviews prior to my ordering something. Too late, this company if its a company at all sucks, the order went was far as Houston before it disappeared, then I sent a email, they responded with sorry we will get it out again but no tracking number or carrier, 4 weeks and still nothing I have sent them responses to which they keep responding its on its way, but when I ask for a tracking number they skirt around it saying thank u for ur patience. I know I'll never see my product, its just satisfying to know im taking their time away from others.

I ordered (Foolishly) 2 of the Toothless Whiskey bottles on June 29th, 2025. It is now August 28th and I've received nothing. At first I got a lot of shipping updates, but then silence. I've written to them and nothing. They are a complete rip off! Now I see the same whiskey bottles offered somewhere else. Probably the same company under a different name. COMPLETE RIP OFF!

Misleading advertising of an item, what I recieved wasn't even close to what was advertised. The Complaints department offered $2 as compensation but on a $60 item that's complete bs. Raising z complaint with the US trading standards people also. They need to be shut down

Purchased a support David Bowie crocheted doll over 6 weeks ago for a friend. Thank goodness she wasn’t looking to it for actual support or she’d be bugg€r€d by now.

Several emails promising goods, blaming couriers, sighting logistics, pleading the fifth, yet still nothing. Nada. Zilch. Zero.

Asked for a refund today and have been told it’ll take a while to process. I’m NOT holding out much hope that it will appear in my account.

Scam webshop. De sender aldrig noget men sender dog regelmæssigt opdateringer med links til en webside med falske trackingoplysninger. Tracking indeholder aldrig noget specifikt omkring hvem der har din pakke. Da "pakken" havde været på vej fra Aalborg i næsten to uger synes jeg det var nok og skrev til dem for at rykke for en status. De svarer hurtigt med en sang fra de varme lande om at noget var gået galt og de ville sende en ny. Efter yderligere 2 uger uden nyt bad jeg dem annullere ordren og give mig mine penge tilbage, hvilket de sagde de ville.
Ganske overraskende, så har jeg faktisk fået mine penge retur...

Paid for goods - received nothing. Emailed and just got automated response. Demanded my money back - absolute thieves. No refund and the same automated email! AVOID

Watch out for scam company!

After buying the product and paying by PayPal, I received a tracking number and a link to a tracking service, which was updated every few days. At some point it says "parcel is in Germany" so I reached out and asked for the specific parcel service. Instead of help I received some clearly KI generated mails from their "customer service", apologizing for the delay. It is "due to Trump" - which is absolute nonsense when the parcel is in Germany yet. I asked several times for clear answers and finally received a mail in which they told me they had to cancel my order due to "product issues". The product, which is in Germany yet.... and if I receive it, I "can keep it". Keep what? A canceled order??? This is true scam, don't buy there. Payed by PayPal, refund is on its way.

Scam company. They sell nothing. Take your money and silence.

Terrible customer service. I ordered 2 calendars as Christmas gifts on 12/4/24. The company claimed they arrived, AFTER Christmas, and they never arrived. When I explained this to their customer service it was about 3 weeks of emails back and forth between me and them, and they just kept saying that I did receive the calendars and even thought I insisted I did not. To this day, I have not received the calendars. And I was not asking for a refund. I just wanted the calendars. That are 2 months outdated already!!!!!
