I ordered a top for Father’s Day, thinking it would be great, it never came, I had to contact my bank for the money back, their email doesn’t work either and they sold my card details so I had to cancel my card. Don’t make the same mistake as me, and be safe and AVOID please

Please dont use this website. They are committing fraud by taking money and not sending items or refunding.

I ordered in May 2025. I am still waiting for items.

I have made numerous complaints as this company is fraud. They reply when they want and keep saying be patient.

I am now having to communicate with my bank to see if I can get my money back that way, and in process of reporting this website.

Please note there is no address or telephone number to record complaints. Their email address does not work, bounces back you can only communicate or complain via their link on website.
I have asked many times for complaint department. They have now stopped communicating with me. I make a report on their website 2 times per week.

Looking at other reviews. I am taking this as a learning experience. I will now always check reviews before trying a new website.

Hope others get their refund.

Im fighting this until the end. It may not be alot of money, but it's my money. How dare them keep it.

The customer service is non existent!
I’ve ordered two kits and a T-shirt for my son a month before our holiday hoping it’ll arrive prior to us going away, sadly it hasn’t.
Once we came back from holiday I’ve opened the parcel received from them that contained wrong items, only one Barcelona kit was correct, the rest was Bayern kit with completely different player than ordered, and a pair of Bayern men’s shorts!!!
I’ve emailed them multiple time since then with no response whatsoever! I’ve spent a lot of money and received wrong items I won’t be able to use.
AVOID PURCHASING FROM THEM as if there’s a problem with your order they go radio silent on you and just ignore you!

I ordered number 11372A25060315555286 The 3 of June 2025 of :

Men's Ajax 2025/26 home shirt 4XL which arrived yesterday but it's not following the measurement for an Adidas 4XL UK size it's more like a 2XL, so I hope you understand that I'm not happy with this.

Furthermore, I also ordered 

1-Men's Fenerbahce 2024/25 Home shirt in 4XL which hasn't been delivered yet 4 weeks after I ordered and paid ??? I am not happy with this either 

I use Adidas and Puma Shirts 2 or 3 XL UK SIZE but it's clear to me you’re not following the right measurements.

I hope you have a solution to this or that you will return my payment of £58.88 GBP

Rose Jersey are a terrible company to deal with. Their Customer Service Team are awful.

For 13 weeks I have been unable to get a firm delivery date from them, against an order in which they took my money at order stage, and they have given me so many varying reasons (excuses) why there is still no shirt, that is when they bother responding.

I have now been asked to pick another shirt as the delay is so long…. Slim chance that would ever arrive…! All I want is the Shirt or my money back. Can’t get either.

Poor service, poor customer support, poor response time to emails.

DO NOT USE!!!
They will take your money but not send your order.
Chased many times via the contact form on their website as the customer service email bounces back.
Had to report the transaction to my credit card company to get a refund.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS

DO NOT use this company - ordered 5 tops, with names on back, on 3rd June with 2-7 day delivery. Finally Arrived on 10th July after several messages from me chasing delivery
All 5 shirts were wrong size or colour - none had names on back despite company saying this was the reason for the delay.
The emails don’t work, they ask for photos of goods delivered when it is not possible to upload on their complaints form on their website.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY using this company

Total scam, does not answer e mails two shirts ordered for Father’s Day still waiting after eventually getting an answer after threatening legal action they had the cheek to say be patient. Chaseing my money back from my bank avoid at all costs.

I ordered a red Napoli shirt that, to be fair, I thought was a good price.
4 weeks after ordering it........

Like others I should have read the review on this website before ordering. The same experience for me - ordered a shirt for my son's birthday and 4 weeks later - despite constant pushing - nothing has arrived. Quite clearly a very poor company, if not a scam website. I will continue to persevere given my son's disappointment - but avoid at all costs.

Absolutely shocking service. I'd give them zero stars if I had the option.
Two months down the line and I'm still waiting for a refund on items they didn't send. I emailed them again today and now my emails aren't being delivered so they've shut down their account. Thieves.

Bought a women's England shirt for my girlfriend took under 2 weeks to come took a chance after seeing reviews was not disappointed lovely shirt will be buying more from this company very happy

Terrible. Not an official site, based in Hong Kong. Very misleading. Multiple emails, multiple delays and it eventually arrived after 4 weeks. Avoid!!!
