Fake reviews (even on other businesses' Trustpilot pages/profiles, where they spam fake reviews advertising their scam).

Discredits, dismisses, and censors inconvenient/negative reviews by attacking the reviewers, flagging the reviews, and requesting inexistent reference numbers and private information like full name and phone number (which Trustpilot then demands and (mis)uses as an excuse to censor the reviews).

I hope this review finds you well. I am writing to express my serious concerns regarding the consultation I received from Mr. Robert Kit Halliday, for which I paid the initial consultation fee and attended an appointment at your office in Pattaya, Thailand.

Despite my efforts to follow up on my inquiry and the potential services offered by Mr. Halliday, I have not received any communication or follow-up from his side. At this point, I am left with the impression that this may be a fraudulent activity, and I am feeling deceived and duped.

Furthermore, I found the in-person meeting extremely disappointing. Mr. Halliday appeared to be gasping for air and was noticeably overweight, which I consider to be unprofessional when meeting with clients. This has significantly affected my perception of the service and professionalism expected from your office.

Given these circumstances, I am compelled to give a one-star rating, reflecting my concerns about personal hygiene, self-care, and the suspicion of fraudulent conduct.

Mr. Halliday, I believe you and your team can do better in maintaining professional standards and client relations. I hope my feedback will encourage improvements in your services and accountability.

They just take advantage of people who already lost funds, contacted them on 19th August but no single solution

Do not trust them! Fake company!! I lost my funds trusting them.

Totally unhappy with the services. I encountered time wastage, improper attention to updates, and unresponsive attitude to critical issues. They just give a deaf ear to the negative remarks and they are not bothered to make things correct. There is no accountability as at all. I am sorry that I trusted them and I will not ever use their services again.

The structure they follow is very detailed and effective. I was always informed about where my case stood.

Great Customer service. They respond on time, They do not ask ambiguous and complicated questions and proof like other companies. They are very straight forward. My assets was recovered within a week
