Easy to purchase. The item came carefully packed, with good communication throughout the purchase and delivery process. The earrings were lovely but smaller than I thought they would be - even with the measurements in the online description (although it’s usually more difficult to purchase jewellery online than in person).

For the 3rd time i am advising that whilst the product is excellent the extra charge for quick delivery was wasted money. 6 days for express post is not good enough.My husband owned a transport company so i have some idea.We ordered dog food from sydney and it cost $11 and arrived in 2 days.

Shu Ping was excellent in regards to her customer service. She kept me informed at every step. She was kind in regards to the fact that the necklace didn’t arrive in time. And although that was a disappointment, Shu Ping contacted me to wish my mother a happy birthday. Which I thought was a lovely touch. Also, I think the honesty and transparency was second to none. Mother's Day sale was amazing with online order feature. The whole process was seamless and it had store pick-up option as well. The staff were lovely and helped us browse other jewellery in store.

Fabulous service, I live in QLD, I ordered my necklace and it arrived the next day, brilliant. The necklace is perfect and I have had many remarks on it.
I HIGHLY recommend them. I first shopped with them in the early 90's and they are still the best.
