I couldn’t thank roses and cushions enough for everything that they do. They go over and above each time I have ordered from them. The quality of flowers are second to NONE, they never compromise with the presentation or the luxury selection of fresh flowers. The team are so helpful and have great attention to detail. The blooms are fresh and the hat boxes are gorgeous, definitely keeping it!!!! Can’t wait for the next excuse to order from them.

Horrific customer service. I’ve never known someone to be so arrogant when they’re in a customer service role. Apparently I shouldn’t look for a refund for undelivered flowers because they’re a small business and it’s tough for them. These flowers are vastly overpriced and I was meant to just shrug it off. I would absolutely recommend against using this company. I’d read the reviews on poor customer service and thought it wouldn’t effect me but it did.

Avoid.

If I could leave no stars I would as 1* is not deserved.
I placed an order for a candle & flowers and wrote a message to go with them. I hadn’t heard from my friend so asked her if anything had arrived and she informed me that she had received nothing from me.
When I emailed to follow this up 6 days after ordering I was then given the tracking number (not sent after the item was dispatched) and when checking Royal Mail it stated that it had been delivered on the sat. I spoke to my friend and she said that she had received some flowers without a card and there was no candle so it would appear that only the flowers were sent.
I relayed these facts to the company who have insinuated that I am lying and should have informed them within 24hrs of the delivery of any issues. This would have been very difficult given that I didn’t know that anything had been delivered. They are refusing to send out another candle and only offering a refund of the postage!

Avoid this company unless you want to pay for items that don’t get delivered or happy to accept very poor customer service

Absolutely blown away by the quality of roses and cushions.
I have ordered from plenty of companies that do the same but I have always been disappointed when it arrives. How ever I won't be ordering from anywhere else now.
My wife and my mother both loved their flowers.

I wish I had the ability to post pictures of the flowers my friend received here but suffice to say it was an outstanding arrangement and worth every penny! I don't understand some of the reviews on here as my experience with this company has been nothing but extremely positive, from the site to the customer service and I guess with the rush over Valentines day, there was some delay with the delivery but customer service offered me complimentary Belgian chocolates for something out of their hands. Don't usually post reviews on the internet but really had to with this company, been a while since I have had such a positive retail experience.

I ordered a bouquet for my mother in laws birthday.
Upon reviewing the order I noticed the delivery address was wrong, I contacted customer services and the response was excellent, we managed to get it sorted and they even refunded the delivery charge.
Brilliant customer service. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful flowers and excellent customer service. Flowers arrived on time but delivery guy delivered to the wrong address i had given in error. Although not their fault roses and cushions helped trace the flowers and offered replacement at no cost. This was not needed in the end as the neighbour kindly delivered them and the flowers are lovely but thank you to the team and flowers look and smell great so a happy customer overall x
