It is a scam ..2 months back ordered..it is not true they keep on saying package on the way delivered..and it is not coming.not refunding..total scam

Worst Experience Ever.. I bought $49 worth of Items in November 2025 .. Up till Jan 27 still receiving Generic Emails about working on refund. Definitely a scamming company

I was confused about a coupon and was kindly told in a way that I could understand. I appreciate the kindness.

I ordered 2 dresses and they both didn't fit. Asked for a refund and send them back they offered me 50% of the money back! What an awful site! Quality of the one dress was really cheap looking!

Mindestens dreimal mit dem Support per Chat unterhalten und gebeten endlich keine Emails mehr zu senden, diese kommen täglich, jedesmal wird gesagt man ist abgemeldet, aber es ist GELOGEN, diese nervigen Werbeemails sind nicht zu stoppen, dabei habe ich meine Email dort nie selbst angegeben - ganz ganz schlechter Eindruck! Würde niemals etwas kaufen dort!

It's a shame that you buy something that's on clearance.And you can't return it and I made the mistake of selecting the size the wrong size. Could technology had a error codethat send the wrong size? How right or wrong,
I'M stuck with two things that I cannot wear because they are not my size so I will find someone in the community to donate or sell to.

I just purchase the items I did not received them as yet.

They advertised prescription eye glasses that works with 0~7 prescription powers good at night driving as well. What I got was cheap plastic eye glasses that it is not good for even reading. I have asked them for retune information their best answer was it cost too much for you to ship back since we don't cover return cost therefore we can give you $5 and you can keep the glasses, since I did not want to pay additional $20 for shipment I expected their offer and I told them I am going to post what has happened.

Please take care when using this company. I ordered a size 16-18 dress for my Mum, who is generally a size 16,. The dress arrived, no issues with post, which I paid for, however the dress on arrival would not even go over my mums head. I could tell when opening it it was extremely small. I am now in an ongoing battle trying to get at least 50% refund. They will not agree to it as claim they sent what was ordered. It's a lovely dress, but nowhere near a standard size 16 let alone 18. Very disappointed and feel there has clearly been a sizing issue, which is why they have now said its in clearance and won't refund. I'm hoping they will do the right thing, as they have not sent a dress that is a standard size. My claim is still ongoing. Our consumer rights say we are entitled to a refund if not as described, they have offered me15% refund as of today. I have photos showing the measurements of the dress, to evidence they are a few inches smaller than the table, they have sent confirming the sizes. Happy to share. Update, they have now reviewed photos which show the dress is nothing like advertised and will not budge. I have asked for part refund and will donate the dress to charity to sell as a size 12 or return it. Awaiting response.
