Sara was appointed to me from day 1 and had been amazing from the start getting straight to the point and staying in regular contact! Sara went above and beyond for me even though she didn’t have to and helped me massively.

Her work within the courts and her work alone was outstanding! Would 100% recommend Sara!

I highly recommend their services especially Mrs Sara Michell's ( Consultant Solicitor) whom I would like to express the appreciation from bottom of my heart. Supported me during wrongful arrest and the interview stage, very pleased with the outcome.
Additionally, the solicitor kindly made sure that I would be provided with Domestic safety kit and would be accompanied by police to safely come back home.

This conveyancing company is absolutely useless. Communication is the biggest issue. They don't respond to you within a timely manner and do not communicate things down the chain.

It started from the very start where they claimed they did not receive the pack from my conveyancer. We confirmed email addresses and they were all correct.

They also raised silly queries, for example, asking about planning in the area. This is something available on the council website that they could obtain themselves.

Towards the end, 36 hours prior to agreed completion (our removal company packed up our whole house), they sent a 1 sentence email saying it cannot proceed. They provided no detail as to why and did not reply when an explanation was needed for the lender who had already sent funds.

2 months later, when told they must seek a release to exchange by a certain date for a new agreed completion, they did not reply for 8 days, 2 days after the deadline. Again this resulted in another failed completion.

They have no professional pride and I would avoid them at all costs. Sana Akhtar in particular is very ineffective and poor at communicating. She only qualified in October 2024 so you would think she would be keen.

Sara provided an excellent representation for myself. Exceptional

Once this firm asks you for your bank statements if they will increase their fees, they increased my fees from 1000 pounds to 1500 pounds then increaased them again to 3000 pounds as they got to know what my bank balance was.
So rude and arrogant
Do not use these unprofessional clowns
They do not answer your calls for weeks but inflate fees as they please.
They cause you so much unecessary stress and worry
Firm partner Sarfraz Suleman just stay away from him.

Shelley and the team at Rosewoods are incredible. They dealt with my case with speed and sensitivity at all times. We could not of asked for a better outcome in Court. From the sentencing guidelines, my sentence started at 1 years custody, however, due to the diligence and professionalism of Shelley, this was reduced to a community order with no SHPO or notification requirement.

Shelley made a great letter of representation to the Crown, even though the Crown decided to continue with prosecution the Judge read this letter and it was paramount during sentencing. Shelley's choice of Barrister was also excellent, Ruby Selva is an incredible Barrister and as a team, Shelley and Ruby are second to none.

I can say 100% that without Shelley and Ruby this case would have ended very differently. Words can't describe how grateful I am.

I can recommend Rosewoods wholeheartedly, especially Shelley Dell who is an excellent Solicitor Advocate.

Used this company to remortgage. There was a slight delay because of lack of communication however once this had been addressed they had it completed within a week . Easy to talk to and responsive to emails

My friend misled by his friend to drive his car uninsured. He has been arrested due to speeding 45mph on a 30mph road. Since his insurance was third-party, police issue prosecution. Mr Dev and Mr Mason defended my friend at the court. With their dedicated defence, the court found my friend not guilty.
