Their products are usually cheaper and than the other stores. I had been given free gifts many times without any prior notice and this made me very happy because the gift was useful to me.

Please do not keep sending email to remind about giving the review! This is the third time however the shipment was pending for two weeks and you reluctantly had to cancel and refund the order, simply you could do, correct?
