Order received OK desite lack of communication from Rotorbike.com. I was expecting an order confirmation mail shortly after order submit and change to order status and shipping, but this information is only available and updated for your order (account login required) on their website. The communication can be improved for sure.

Update 9/1-2025: I had to return the Rotor ALDHU 30mm crankset for my track bike due to misalignment of the spindel cause severe issue for the chain - impossible to keep a proper and consistent tension for the chain. Also, the bolts for the front chainring on the spindel cracked due to poor design and poor quality. I have paid 365euros in total for the order, and I have returned the crankset, but not received any refund!

Because of this poor aftermath I have to lower the rating of Rotorbike.com.

Update 21/2-2025: I have received a new crankset, but not sure I want to bother with this again - I have little faith it will work. Also, the chainring bolts are very thin and crack with little to no tension (not reliable). I regret that I spend so much money on this crankset, and I consider the money lost.

Ich habe eine komplette Kurbelgarnitur mit Leistungsmesser bestellt. Zustellung war innerhalb 3-5 Werktagen angekündigt. Nach 6 Tagen war keine Versandbestätigung eingegangen, jedoch eine Email vom Kundensupport, dass die Kurbelarme nicht verfügbar seien in der von mir angegebenen Länge.
So weit, so gut, Fehler im Lager.
Ich schrieb Lösungsvorschläge (Kurbel ohne Arme, Arme in Carbon für geringen Aufpreis, … ), erhielt aber nie wieder eine Antwort.
Zwei Tage später konnte ich mich nicht mehr in meinen Kundenaccount einloggen, da er deaktiviert worden war.
Ich erstatte nun Anzeige und fordere bei Visa die Rückzahlung an.

El pedido no llegaba a tiempo para mi carrera y os pedí cancelarlo, le pedí a UPS que no lo entregará y estoy a la espera del reembolso. Después de haber pagado 15€ por el envío (más caro que el producto) me esperaba recibirlo, al menos, a tiempo. No ha llegado a tiempo y no lo necesito.

Por favor reembolsadme la totalidad del pedido, 35,50€, lo antes posible o tendré que tomar otro tipo de medidas.

My brand new top of the range powermeter inspirer stopped working properly. I tried to contact customer support but they do not respond. Very disappointing!!!

Ich habe am 17.5.2024 ein Satz ekapic E-Bike Kurbeln im Online-Shop bestellt. Nach drei Tagen habe ich höfflich nachgefragt wann Sie die Kurbeln versenden wollen. Hierauf wurde nicht geantwortet. Dann zwei Tage später nochmal ein Ticket eröffnet warum auf meine Anfragen nicht geantwortet wird. Auch hier leider keine Antwort bekommen. Ich kann den Shop überhaupt nicht empfehlen. Ich werde jetzt über PayPal eine Rücküberweisung von meinem Geld beantragen.

My order still has the status : in progress for almost two weeks, without me ever receiving any kind of purchase confirmation e-mail or anything else.

Pésima política de empresa por reclamar la garantía de un producto dentro de los 3 años de su fabricación. Avisaré a todo amigo ciclista de tener cuidado con esta empresa, que de profesional tiene muy muy poco.

Ordered an item. The order was in "processing" at least 1 week. I decided to cancel the order but their system of communications is sooo bad! I had bad expirience with customer suppor, I can say that it is not existent. I even wrote to rotor in their instagram profile. Thats when I recieved and aswer from them, but they didn't help me.

The Rotor 3D+ Power is not suited for nordic weather where salt is used during winter.
I was happy for my powermeter, but after 2 winter seasons the powermeter started to fall apart because of the salt - I did a wash of bike each day, but still.
the original roter 3D right arm didn't fall apart even if it must have been exposed with the same weather.
Warranty wouldn't help - answer is that "the powermeter may have been treated with a corrosive product or stored in extreme conditions" !!
DON'T buy this when used during winter !!

Updated: a week has passed - still no response!!
Initial: Appears to have great products (although I have to return one item), but a non-existent support set-up. I have tried to contact them a number of times - still no response... not a happy customer
