Round Wood of Mayfield レビュー

Super smooth and very professional. Informative and very helpful in helping me understand the building process.

Part of my order arrived damaged, Round Wood dealt with the issue in a timely fashion. Very happy with the corden steel bowl - as described online

Well priced itens with super prompt delivery. Items arrived in good order.

Good quality product. Good delivery experience. Would recommend.

Easy quick ordering service and product delivered quickly on time and in good condition

Great service. They called me to discuss best delivery day that suited me. Delivery was quick and helpful. The ironstone pots are absolutely beautiful. Exactly ar on the website. The colours are natural and rich.

Great product, beautifully made, quickly delivered, safe and sound in excellent packaging that would have protected it from an earthquake!

Everything from questions about the product being purchased (a water feature for our garden) to the first class efficient delivery was spot on! Very friendly team at Mayfield and a very friendly and helpful delivery chap who gave me some really good tips on our installation. The unground water feature is high quality and is going to look lovely. Thank you to the team!

Excellent quality attractive terracotta pots which arrived securely packaged and were delivered really quickly. Postage seems a little on the high side, but having ordered pots from another company which offered free postage at the same time, I would now willingly pay more for safe delivery. Their pots arrived in multiple pieces in totally inadequate packaging.

Perfect service yet again, thank you

Great product, prompt delivery, competitive prices. Look forward to dealing with you more in the near future.

great help when personal help kneaded nothing to much trouble

Really pleased with my purchases. The service and delivery were excellent.
Would definitely recommend.

Very happy with the product (water bowl).
There were important instructions tape to the bowl when delivered which we did not see until after the delivery driver left. Maybe consideration could be given to adding these to the dispatch notifcation email?

Very nice lady I spoke to - she was very helpful and sorted my queries quickly.

Lovely fire bowl and prompt delivery

Very simple process. No long delivery delays. Paid my money, got my planter delivered with very little fuss 2-3 days later.

Thought the delivery charge at £90 odd quid was a bit expensive for a 10 mile away delivery. But I guess that’s just a standard charge.

Ordered the 1000mm Corton steel water bowl which was delivered by their driver today. Exemplary customer service as contacted immediately regarding delivery day 2 days later by their own delivery service. The bowl is heavy but the very kind delivery man brought it through side gate, with my assistance, as I was alone! Bowl is beautiful, and large!! THANK YOU

We ordered 4 very large pots which have been delivered this morning.
They look great and we appreciate the flexibility around delivery- well done.
