Routemaster Bus London レビュー 

We hired the bus for our wedding day to take guests from the ceremony to the reception. The organisation of the bus was really straight forward and Routemaster were very responsive. Drinks can be ordered from an online supermarket and delivered to the Routemaster depot who will take the order in and then provide them in ice buckets on the day.

We had no pre planned route in mind but the driver was fantastic in creating a route that navigating the traffic to feel like we were constantly moving. We took in major landmarks including Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, Picadilly Circus and more.

The kids on board loved it as it gave them a chance to see London and the adults kicked back and enjoyed the sights with a cold drink.

It was a great addition to our day and guests said how much they enjoyed it as it was something different.

Great experience with route master for our wedding day! They picked us up outside Marylebone town hall which was easy and seamless! We paid extra for the waited service and it was 100% worth it, was so great to travel through central London drinking Prosecco, they made organising the whole thing super easy which is what you need when planning a wedding is stressful enough! Couldn’t recommend more :)

We hired 2 routemaster buses for our Wedding. Let me tell you, worth every penny.

The hosts make everything perfect, in particular I’d like to make a shout out to Zoe. They got involved with the party, laughed and joked with us. To be honest so friendly and so kind, I almost forgot she wasn’t part of the wedding party! I was two seconds away from inviting everyone from the bus company to our reception!

They arrived on time, the drive was fabulous. The guests had a great time. The two buses stayed close together when they could in central london!

My sister and BIL did the drinks delivery to the drop off point, and they both said it was easy, stress free and well worth it. We bought our drinks from several suppliers so it was much better to do the drop off ourselves. On our bus we served, pimms & G and T & soft drink cans with crisps! Perfect mix for a nice sunny day.

I would recommend 10/10.

Exceptional! Routemaster Bus really were exceptional. Helped us from the booking to waving goodbye.
At a time when things can be so stressful you need people like them, who do as much as it takes to help to remove that stress.
Thank you for helping the day start so well.

Awful awful company. Weeks of emails and no replies. Finally connected and gave a date to them and details to be confirmed. After two weeks they said they can’t do my date even though they have three buses!

We used Routemaster bus for our wedding two years ago and it was nothing but a disappointment.

They ruined our day -

Turned up late
no contact before
scruffy drivers
went on an hour diversion making us late for the reception
scruffy drivers
just a disaster start to finish.

After much discussion on the phone they agreed to a partial refund but we never heard from them again and never received it.

DO NOT USE

After many weeks of discussion trying to organise something with them, they were extremely unresponsive, and at one point sent an email to me with nothing in it except "oh". Eventually they responded to my email saying "we're now fully booked".
Complete waste of time and effort.

The buses were on time and looked great for our wedding day. Most of the guests felt that the bus ride was one of the best highlights of the day, particularly as they were all able to enjoy prosecco whilst listening to The Beatles. Communication with Routemaster Bus London was great, and I would have given 5 stars however unfortunately one of the buses said 'to the hotel' on the front, which was not what we agreed. We weren't going to a hotel!

Absolutely made our wedding a day to remember staff and driver really accommodating could not of done more to ensure our day was the best ever would highly recommend
