I really wish I had read these reviews before buying on line the cheap polyester man's top advertised as cashmere.
Nothing more to add, absolute scam
2 months later and after about twenty emails I got a 20% refund! Stay far away from these scammers!

What a waste of money. Don't buy anything from Rowe Ashton. They promote through an expensive looking website, in reality they are just back street Chinese crooks.

Embarrassing - have been proper had over here!
Leather shoes are NOT leather and cashmere tops are NOT cashmere.
Ignore all the clever, quality image portrayed - it is all CHEAP RUBBISH - well not so cheap actually but definitely RUBBISH

The fake website is hosted on Alibaba cloud services, asked for it to be taken down but Alibaba would not do it, so this scam website will continue to operate.

You will probably be sent something directly from China bearing absolutely no recumbence to what you ordered. The scam operates as unless you sent it back at your expense there is nothing they can do. But we will give you a 25% refund and you can keep the product. My advice is don's engage with them their is no chance you are getting a refund.

Can’t add anything different to all previous reviews. Cheap Chinese rubbish being advertised as a quality product from a UK-based business. Complete fraud. Avoid like the plague.

My wife has been caught out by companies like this, so there first thing I do is go on Trustpilot. Because the discount is so good you should think. “ Is this to good to be true?” and Yes it is. I also look at their return policy. Pay by Credit Card and when they muck you about, which they will get a charge back done. Email them and a copy to yourself for proof. Works every time.

Keep well away from this lot of Del boys...This 'dealer' shows a pretty shopfront on its website...but it just sends the order directly to China. I ordered 2 expensive cashmere jumpers...they sent 2 polyester substandard jumpers of the lowest quality you would only find on a dodgy market stall....l wish l'd read the reviews first....

Sweatshirt advertised as cashmere but when delivered I immediately realised it was made from a cheap polyester spandex mix. Nothing like the quality item advertised. My receipt came from Happy Culture and Arts Media Co., Ltd and sure enough the garment had a made in China label . I have contacted PayPal and was given an immediate refund.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! Their "cashmere" mens sweatshirt was 96% viscose and 4% spandex - really trashy.

AN ABSOLUTE SCAM. DO NOT BUY. THE PRODUCT I RECEIVED (LADIES BLOUSE) BORE NO RESEMBLANCE TO THE ADVERTISED PICTURE PLUS IT WAS TOO BIG. I REQUESTED A RETURN. UNBELIEVABLE. AT LEAST OTHER CHINESE COMPANIES LIKE SHEIN/TEMU HAVE AN EXCELLENT RETURN SERVICE.

Oh dear, this company needs an overhaul in Customer Service.
False advertising, and unable to obtain a refund for a not cashmere top for my husband for Christmas, should have know better than to order online.
Shame I would not give them even 1 Star, no refund but offer 10% of purchase price. No way to gain any support from customers.

Pretended to be a British company; completely misleading website; the ordered item was completely the wrong size and was very, very poor quality. My advice would be to avoid this company like the plague. They are a disgrace.

Avoid this company at all costs. The product was not Cashmir, as advertised, but artificial fibre - in no way worth the price charged. And if you do complain this is at first dismissed as if there is no difference between Cashmir and Polyester and then they offer you two choices: return it at your own expense to China or have a refund of 25%. All this would be illegal if they were - as they pretend - a UK company. Paypal and the CC companies should stop accepting payments to them

Ordered supposed to be a premium cashmere mens sweat shirt, well it arrived today, it is yet another scam, as it is made in China and shipped from China, there is no shop , buyers beware. this garment was see through not anywhere on this garment is the description as advertised , there appears to be a lot of scams on the website , personally I will only buy from reputable companies such as Debenhams so on so forth, second time this has happened to me so, and it was £45.00 what a waste of money and it would not except a credit card only debit, so they know a credit card you can dispute. its about time Panorama or BBC consumer investigated these scams. DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS ME .

Not as advertised. Absolute piece of rubbish clothing.
On the positive side. I paid PayPal with my debit card but they made it quite difficult to get my money back.I then phoned my bank (Barclays) they cancelled my payment and refunded me immediately, no difficult questions and no fuss.
A few days later I received my very large 95% Polyester & 5% Spandex Duster (because that's all it is good for)
It is a Chinese Company, based in the USA using a very English sounding name, Rowe & Ashton.
It's a shame that you have to give it one star.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS "SCAMMY" COMPANY. But if you do, try asking your bank for your money back.

Do not buy from this outfit,it’s a right royal Chinese ripoff. I ordered two sweatshirts,one blue and one white. I received two white. Furthermore the garments were advertised as cozy cashmere but the product is clearly not cashmere which is substantiated by the internal label that says 95% Polyester and 5% Spandex.Complete rubbish and destined for the charity shop tomorrow.

The quality was appalling, not at all as the photos suggested. I ordered a M, but was sent a huge, shapeless jumper, at least XXL. I sent photographs showing the actual measurements of the garment sent. They strung me along with customer service emails for months, eventually promising to refund 50% of the purchase price, which they never did. Probably the worst customer experience I’ve had in 10 years. Beware!

My experience was the same as others who have posted here. I bought a men's sweatshirt, which had been advertised as made from cashmere. In reality, it was cheap rubbish: made (very badly) from polyester and elsastine. I contacted the supplier and eventually received the following email reply: 'We have always been committed to providing customers with a satisfactory shopping experience. Your feedback will help improve our service and you can rest assured that we will do our best to accommodate your request, whatever the reason.' I replied, asking for details about return and refund but heard nothing more, despite emailing them four more times. Draw your own conclusions!
